Refund Policy:
In the event that you are not satisfied with the quality of our commercial cleaning services, we offer a full refund. Our refund policy is only applicable if reported within 24 hours from the time of service. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure that you are fully satisfied with our services prior to a refund being processed.
If you opt for a refund, we will process it within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Policy:
JMD JANITORIAL LLC also offers exchange services if you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning services. If you identify any areas that were not cleaned as per your expectations, kindly contact us on the same business day. We will send out a cleaning team to ensure that the issue is resolved immediately.
Our exchange service is only available within 24 hours from the time of service. Furthermore, we reserve the right to verify that the issue is genuine before dispatching a cleaning team.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your cleaning appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
