They had me put in a deposit $1500 And quoted me $7500. Charged my debit card for $6800, which I got a receipt for, and had me Zelle the $1500 to his personal account, to which no receipt was given, and in contract price quoted was $****, total, and during the procedure $412 extra for extracting extra grafts. **** the sales rep purposely deceived me and pocketed the $1500 or split it with other people who did my procedure of hair transplant, of which I did not get any paperwork either on how many grafts they actually put in, which they at this point can doctor. Point is the $1500 was suppose to be included in the total cost of **** that what the contract said, the balance would be $****-$1500 yet I was charged $**** plus the deposit of $1500 which went into his personal account. Something is Not right here. And on top of that they refused to sign my doctors note for my job resulting in additional $4000 in lost time for the 10 days missed of work and I am unable to be compensated because they havent filled out my doctors form and have not send it back since 03/31/22, and today is 04/17.
