purchased a used certfied vehicle in july 2024- returned to dealer in july 6k miles added for oil change -was told needed tires -tread was at 4 . When car was certfied was told tread was 7 front 6 rear , based on research and speaking to auto service professionals normal wear for 6k should be appx 1 mm not 3 . when I questioned with dealer was not give any reasoning , my thought is that numbers were incorrectly measured and submitted in error during certfication process or in order to aoid having to install new tires prior to sale .I am now in need of tires and the discrepancey was brought to my attention that is why am filing now , when orginally told in November I asked for explanation never got a call , have added addiional 6k and tread reads 3 ? so why 3 mm on first 5 and 1 mm on next 6 ? .Initial Complaint

Last August my 2016 Dodge Caravan was acting up- not going into 3rd gear, bucking, not accelerating.. it sat on lot for 3 weeks before they looked at it..after a few more weeks they claimed it was fixed . It worked for about a week and then started doing the same .. It went back again and it was determined after several more weeks. The part that was needed was not available so they were going to put in a new transmission. This car is under ****************** They had the car basically the whole Fall Season.. after arguing with them and begging them for a loaner car I finally got one after being without a car for a few months. I have it back about 3 months and it started doing the same thing. Engine light is on. The car is bucking, not drivable. Dropped it off again April 29th Tuesday. Today is Friday May 2nd. Received a text saying no diagnostics yet. Which means it's still sitting on the lot. No talk of a loaner car. No phone call. No courtesy. No empathy. I need help...Business Response

Please be advised Lester Glenn is making all attempts to duplicate the customer's concern with multiple test drives by "A" technician already with no success of duplicating customer complaint to determine root cause of problem that customer is experiencing , Customer has also been placed into alternate transportation while this is taking place.

They gave us the car back stating they could not locate the problem. There was nothing wrong as far as they knew and then on May 8th my husband took it to work and it started acting up. He promptly went to the dealer and ***** drove with him. And it happened while ***** was driving the car.. at that point I got alternative transportation not before that... they are currently working on it they are not sure what's wrong with it. I believe at this point they are going to put in a second new transmission. I do not want to close this case out because it is not settled. Thank you

My vehicle that I purchased from them and just paid off, was feeling like it was breaking down suddenly when I went to back out of my driveway. No lights on to indicate any issues. My husband tried a couple of things putting over 500 out but we decided to go to dodge thinking they were trained and knew about our car knowing and expecting to pay a bit more. we signed an estimate and that was to get our car running. But they failed to do so and still want us to pay them the money when they didnt fix the car. Then I found out I was covered under insurance. Great. Right? I was paying 850 a month for years so it should get me something right? Well insurance is telling me its wear and tear and sends a check for 1040, I cant cash because I dont agree with this. There was contaminated fuel in the tank and that is why the engine broke although I think they broke it themselves at ** because it makes no sense to replace parts on a vehicle that has a broken engine (duh) From the beginning they were ignoring us and I had to get several rides there just to talk to these people. I was 7 -8 months pregnant then 9 plus months when they saw me and I explained they were preventing me from getting prenatal care and this is our 7th, our 6th passed away at 2 months so i have 5 children who range from 2-18 (now we are back to 6 with nb) but they all need therapy due to the devestating events. But aside from that they want 3k to give back my broken van or they are charging me storage I am being threatened. Id get it back same shape I brought it and have to pay hundreds to have it towed out. I asked the cost without insurance and they want 20k which is what we paid for the vehicle. It feels like there has to be someone who can help with both Plymouth Rock and with Lester Glenn. Please help me.Business Response

Miles and ****** ********* had their a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan with ****** miles towed in as it was not drivable. Upon write-up of the repair order the afore mentioned owners made it clear that the vehicle will crank but results in a no-start condition which was learned after they installed a replacement fuel pump on their own. Our technician worked to diagnose the vehicle and determine that contaminated fuel passed through the system resulting in clogged catalytic converters and extreme blowby. The result of this diagnosis determined that the vehicle requires an engine replacement and new catalytic converters. Mrs. ********* was made aware of this information and was advised to call her insurance company since she claimed to know without a shadow of a doubt that her daughters ex-boyfriend caused this by dumping a foreign substance in the fuel tank. ************* was the insurance carrier who opened the comprehensive claim on behalf of the Trengrove family. The claim number for this incident is ************. Plymouth Rock sent an inspector to collect a fuel sample directly from the vehicle which we willfully assisted with. It was determined by Plymouth Rock that the damage caused to the fuel lines will be covered by the claim but the engine damage was deemed wear and tear. Mrs. ********* does not agree with Plymouth Rocks determination and told me that she going to contest it. I explained to her during our telephone call on 2/26/2025 that the bill needs to be satisfied and the vehicle has to be removed from Lester Glenn CDJRs property while she disputed the claim with Plymouth Rock and that failure to do so will result in storage fees of $75.00 a day. Mrs. ********* explained that she didnt have a way to remove her vehicle off of our property which then prompted me to get in touch with ************* to request assistance for our mutual customer.

Dropped off truck for warranty work on front bumper. Clear coat has bubbles in it. Talk to service writer ****** said they would call with their decision. Got a call about a week later she said we are going to set me up with rental car they were going to fix bumper. Was to drop off Monday before 4 for repairs. Was on my way there and 10 minutes before I got there she called and said they red flagged the truck she will work it out and call back. I didnt hear from her so I called 3-28 I spoke with ****** she said she would talk to manager to find out where they were at and call back by end of day. No call . When truck was brought in there was no chips on bubbles now Im told that they didnt want to do repair because of a chip which wasnt there when I brought it in. I am looking to have bumper repainted as originally promised. This is a warranty issue. The defective paint was not caused by a paint chip and with that being said I know there was no chip. I purchased a vehicle from the dealership on December 30, 2024. When I received the registration and title in the mail, I noticed the color of the car was incorrect. It was stated as black, the vehicle is red. I notified the salesperson on February 11,2025 and also sent photos of the incorrect documents. He said his general manager would look into it. On February 13, 2025 the salesperson sent a text stating the process would take some time and update me when possible. On February 25, 2025 I texted the salesperson asking about the progress, did not receive an answer.Business Response

I have a leased **** with many recalls on the car! They were not able to fix it for almost 8 months!! The car shakes and wont drive on snow when its supposed to be 4 wheel drive! Then engine light is always on and they cant figure it out! This is a terrible car and I feel Jeep should take back my lease and reimburse me!!Business Response

*** ***** ( General Manager ) spoke to Mr. ********* , he was upset because he had an open recall and parts were not available for a few months. He came in last month for service but didnt have time to complete the recall. He is going to *** ***** directly when he has time to have the recall performed and Lester Glenn chrysler will set him up with a alternate transportation .
He also contacted a Lemon Law attorney but was declined because he doesnt have consistent issues. He was looking for Lester Glenn to do something in the form of compensation and was advised his best course of action would be to call Chrysler direct and open up a case and let them know his frustrationsInitial Complaint

I purchased a 2024 Hyundai ******** on August 12th 2024, on October 22, 2024 I brought the car in to Lester Glenn because it just kept loosing power from the battery. They said the fixed it and i went home on the same day the car was dead again. Called them got a jump and went back that afternoon. And they have had my car for 8 weeks. On October 29th Hyundai sent Engineers to check the car out and then they left, with no plan on how to fix my Vehicle. Now the Dealership is waiting for them to come back and my car has sat untouched for now 7 weeks. It has gotten to the point I had to get an Attorney involved to go after Hyundai but Hyundai hasn't contacted the Dealership or the Lawyer.Business Response

This vehicle in question belongs to ****** ******* ****** 2024 ********, RO ******* Vehicle has been here at Lester Glenn Hyundai since 10/30/24. Hyundai ************* Engineer contacted Lester Glenn while we were diagnosing the possible electrical draw and advised us to hold on to the vehicle, dont make any repairs and wait for the Hyundai Corp Fastback team to come and diagnose the vehicle. The fast back team came and looked at the car in the beginning on November and said they were coming back the following week but canceled their visit and has not given Lester Glenn a revised date to look at the vehicle . We are still being told to stand down and not repair the vehicle. **** ****** our Hyundai DPSM advised Lester Glenn yesterday that Hyundai is going through the buyback process with the customer and ********************** wants to get the car back into their hands before any repairs are performed. Our service writer ******* ***** calls the customer every Tuesday to touch base with Mr ****** **** ****** assisted in getting the buyback process started so we can get the customer out of this vehicle ASAP. The customer went out and retained a lawyer to assist with the buyback. We were told to stand down in November and this is what we have done to date.
Hyundai corporate will be calling the registered owner of the vehicle in question directly or his attorney to finalize the repurchase transaction.

Purchased a 2024 **************. The car is great. The purchasing process was great. One week after picking it up a noticed a small part missing from under the hood. I have been in contact with the sales person, parts person and I have even written to the *** I get a response that it will be taken care of. 3 months later, nothing..Post sales support has been awful. I purchased this vehicle for my daughter . I am a long time customer with Lester Glenn.
Inspecting the car, I noticed the trunk door was broken. They said that it would be fixed
I also purchased a maintenance plan , which they told me it could be used at any Ford dealer.
They also were to provide me with 2 keys, I still only have one.
They never fixed any of these issues.
I have been back and forth for months and the never fixed any of the problems.
I will be summiting the bills for these issues that had to be fixed elsewhere and I seek to be reimbursed
