      I am poa for my sister, ****** *******. My name is ****** *******. She is an individual with dementia. With her we were going to redo her tub. She wanted to cancel because of the expense.
      Within the three days as stated in their contract I visited their office with their form for cancelation.
      We had written them a check for $5750.00. Which they immediately withdrew from her bank account. I have called them numerous times and visited their office twice showing them a copy of
      the check with their endorsement. The check was withdrawn from her bank account.
      When I call they switch me to another party who happens not to be there, having me leave a message.
      We would like to have our deposit returned.

      In 2023, a homeowner contacted Bathroom Pros of NJ / BathPros LLC for the renovation of a bathroom in her personal home. An initial consultation and estimate occurred. The homeowner, believing BathPros to be a reputable professional company, agreed to allow BathPros to renovate her bathroom. However, no work was performed by BathPros on her property. After a period of time, the homeowner was surprised to receive mail regarding a fraudulent loan of $23,676.00 procured by BathPros in the homeowners name from ***********, with the loan serviced by ***************************. BathPros did zero work on homeowners property. BathPros was notified multiple times over several months that BathPros was in breach of its agreement with homeowner. The renovation project never commenced nor was the loan cancelled. BathPros has refused to refund and/or cancel the loan for work it did not do.BathPros has now retained ill gotten gains of $23,676.00 for a period of over a year.Homeowner requests an immediate return to the lender of the full loan proceeds that BathPros fraudulently procured despite it having rendered no services.

      Installation of a shower stall with glass doors and a lifetime warranty was presented along with demolition of whirlpool jetted tub, removal of debris, new floor and sink install along with paint and mounting of light fixture and mirror. Reason for renovation was cieling leak into living room which was "coming from the tub". I discussed this with the rep who assured me they would look into the leak, replace plumbing and new drain which would resolve the issue, if they found anything further causing the leak they would let me know before completing and sealing the job. September 2023 the installation began, after a delay. when completed I noticed incomplete and sub par work, holes where they clearly measured in correctly, unfinished molding on floors and within weeks 2 shelves were loose, 1 came off completely. some corrections were done enough to appease me. now, just over a year later my cieling continued to leak randomly and the grout is molding. My fixtures are rusting and staining the tiles. I text the numbers I had used previously to communicate- they sent someone to my home who said the work was not done well or properly, the screws used were not for shower use and hence are rusting and that my fixtures (saftety bar) will eventually weakend and come off. He also stated that BATH PLANET the company I hired is no longer in business and has been "dissolved" . He added that he does not work for them and would not be able to offer repairs or assistance I tried texting again and have gotten no response.

      Contract Date 11/19/2021 to remove & dispose of existing ********** & replace with new tub & wet area wall surround. Salesman: ******************* *********** Company had to come out 4x's after install to replace caulk, stating they purchased a bad batch. Problem continued. Company replace wet area wall surround. No issues of water or mold behind or on wall board. New issue arises: hardware fixtures not secured in *************** continued. Outside contractor was hired to mitigate mold/caulk issues company was having. Dehumidifier was installed and caulk was reapplied in a less than professional manner. All instructions regarding cleaning and maintaining the product have been followed without interruption. Problem continued. Company refuses to provide any compensation or further service, stating the issue is related to high humidity. Never addressed the hardware fixture issue or sloppy application of caulk. Size and appliances in the bathroom were apparent at the time the salesman "promised" there would be no issues of mold. If conditions were as the company states, salesman should have not sold this project. Company should have guidelines for their sales staff to follow and not "sell" customers false claims about their product.No issues with the installation of the vanity, mirror and ceiling fan purchased by me other than caulk was dripped on the washer and in the sink that can't be removed. During this 3yr ordeal I have been passed on from person to person to person, a total of 5 different representatives. I emailed the owner twice without ever receiving the courtesy of a response. Turn around time for callback is usually several days to a week to two weeks.

      Hello, we contacted Bathrooms Pros for an estimate to remodel our bathroom and this ***************** was very nice and gave us the total cost and it was a lot so we say sorry it is too much, so he said we can try a loan. We said okay, but if the house insurance would help because from water damage this was back in October and November the insurance responded that they will not cover, so we called ***** back sorry we can not have the job done at this time even with loan payments would be to much and he said okay! So, now the *********** that are associated with Bath Pros ***** wants us to pay the amount of $17,415 for a job that we canceled and was not done! So, we called them and they never explain this to us. please help

      ,I'm still being harassed by this company and loan that they never did the job, the person that came over give us on estimate and say pre-approved see how much we can get but not to put us outhere before the house insurance approved of some help and the insurance came back with no help answer we call back can not moved forward with this high amount and that was it ,few months they send the bill and is being a nightmare for us ?? was the time we also lose a son ,to much !!

      They installed a shower after removing the tub. Everything looks good, however there is water coming out of the bottom of the shower door. We have complained and they returned 2 times to fix it, but the problem still exists. They have stopped returning our calls and emails, and are ignoring us. The Manager said do not pay the small balance and find someone that will fix it. We contacted the glass vender and he said that only the Bathroom Pros, that contracted him can tell him to fix the glass door or redo it. The gap between the door and the glass panel seems to be the problem.
