I order the merchandise on 12/7/2023 and was given an order number 163142. They charged my credit card; but the merchandise was never shipped. It is impossible to contact them. Calling the 800 number goes to voice mail. They have a virtual assistant on the web but digital assistant never answers the complaint.Customer response

I ordered 3 pair of leggings October 24, 2023. I haven't received my order yet. I've tried contacting the company through emails, phone messages and chat, to no avail. I purchased three pair copper compression socks and the package was delivered on June 1, 2023. When I tried them on they were not as advertised. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I contacted customer service and was approved for a return of the two unopened pair. I returned them and they received them on June 6. I did not hear from them so I contacted customer service and was given an open ticket number. I have not received the merchandise nor a response from the company. I placed an order (#******) on June 29 for compression foot sleeves. My Visa credit card was changed $36.85. To date (7/20/23) I have not received the items I ordered nor is there any indication that the shipping process has been initiated. All attempts to contact Energy Fit Wear by telephone, E Mail and by filing 2 customer support tickets have been ignored with no response whatsoever. Given the poor business practices of Energy Fit Wear to date, I no longer believe they can or will deliver a useful product therefore I would like a charge back credit to my visa account. Any intervention you can bring to help resolve my situation will be greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

On June 17, 2023, I ordered Compression socks from this business. It is over a month later, and I have not received the order. Also, the telephone contact only goes to a Voice Mail that is never answered. I have filed a complaint, "Ticket" number: #*****, on their site without any response. I have E-mailed them without any reply. My bank shows the payment received on June 20, 2023, for $ *****. They seem like a legitimate business. Nothing is happening with a refund or a delivered product.Customer response

Thank you for your reply. I waited weeks to receive my order from Energy Fit Wear.They recently contacted me for the first time. The message said that my order is now shipped to me.I took that statement with a grain of salt. However, the correct order did arrive a couple of days later to my surprise.I will not do any further business with them. I must say their products are very good and high quality to their credit.Their customer service is one of the very worst in 2023.Thanks for your service on this matter.Initial Complaint

I ordered one compression leggings type for total $31.90 on June 8, 2023. I have not received it. *** tried to contact them in every way possible and they refuse to acknowledge my complaint. I left messages on their phone number, Ive opened a complaint three times, Ive sent emails and they are simply ghosting me. I want my money back on my credit card!!!!Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 4/19/23 for $39.97. Order #******. I received the order on 4/24/23. I returned the order on 4/25/23. I received an RMA #FADI0ZJO. The **** tracking #********************** that was delivered on 5/1/23. I have sent 5 emails and I get an automatic response of it is being reviewed by our support staff. But I havent heard anything from them. I have even made two requests online and still I have heard nothing from them. I have left messages on the phone number they provided. I ordered 3 pair of compressor socks for a very sick person on June9 th 2023 paid for 2- day delivery . Dont have a tracking number or E-mail to let me know when they going to be delivered look like this a bogus website I want my money returned.
