I purchased a vehicle through my business from this dealership in December 2021. They were clearly told that they were not to submit my personal credit as I was concerned it would show up on my personal credit report. It is an asset of an incorporated business, so it does not belong on my credit report. I gave them all business information for credit, gave them my **** and Bradstreet #, and a corporate code to register the vehicle. I have bought other vehicles from different dealerships this exact same way through my business. A 100% company owned asset does not go on your personal credit report. I have tried to rectify this with Equifax, Experian, and Chrysler Capital. They all say the dealership has to correct it. The dealership has not taken any action, and I bought this to their attention on March 30th. In addition, Dover Dodge took a $1,000.00 deposit from me for the truck. We came back to purchase the truck 2 days later, and the process to go through the contract involves a giant spinning "iPad" type digital signature unit in the finance managers office. Because of the speed and confusion of the transaction, I did not catch the fact that the $1,000.00 deposit was not on the documents. Only later when reconciling my QuickBooks did I discover the omission. When I called they said, "Oh, we would have caught that and sent it to you." Well, they didn't catch it, almost a month later. When exactly would they have caught it? While it could have been an honest mistake, the fact that it occurred at all is unacceptable. Combing these 2 items shows an extremely sloppy financial department at best, and a dishonest one at worst. The fact that there is no check and balance to make sure the right amount was charged is ridiculous. If I had underpaid, I am sure that would have been caught.

I leased a Jeep Sahara Unlimited 4XE in March 2022 and within a few days the check engine light came on. I was told to bring it to the service department by the sales manager (*****) for them to check it out and to speak with ****** in service. They found an error code PO4EE and basically were unsure what to do with it after I received a phone call from them asking me if I ever filled the gas tank which I did not and only the dealership did with the first fill up. The next day the service department "cleared the code" and told me to pick it up after driving it with the code not reappearing. The service paperwork states they never found any error codes which is beyond sketchy and fraudulent as I have a voicemail from ****** at the service department stating they cleared the code along with them giving me the exact code number. I contacted Jeep corporate case management and was assigned case number ******** with ******* Stellantis "Premium Case Manager" being assigned. She said Dover Jeep refused to change the notes as they "closed" the repair and she could really care less about my issue and request. I am worried if this is the first of many check engine issues that not everything is being documented/fixed correctly by this Jeep dealership and could become a huge problem down the road.

on 11/8 i called to confirm stock on a ram promaster city. was told 3 available. worked with a salesperson *****. upon writing the contract he then said these 3 are now sold but has one coming in two days that would be mine. i left a $500 deposit. after a few days i left a few messages and emails. he responded after 5 days to say there is a delay and he would find out when the car would arrive. two more weeks went by with no reply to any of my calls nor emails. i asked for his manager, Ray, and told him to refund my money. he said ***** would do so. its been 4 weeks since that time and still no refund. i have sent another 3 emails. absolutely nothing. terrible business practice. i want my money back

Re: purchasing a car in August 2020. The ONLY reason I came to the dealership was to see if I could trade in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and leave with something with a lower monthly payment. I explained that I was recently divorced and as a single Mom needed to cut back on my monthly expenses. I was told by my sales person that the ONLY way this could happen was to get a Cherokee with the rebate offered. I asked if less expensive Compass could be an option and was told no, because no rebate offer. I asked about a certified pre-owned- again told that my only option was the Cherokee with rebate off 4k. I was highly pressured to purchase that day and wasn't offered to test drive the car. After some time, I realized my monthly payment was higher than anticipated- I wasnt given the 4K rebate I was verbally promised. I spoke with both ***** and **** with no resolution and a car payment that is a strain on my budget . Based on my income Im surprised I was even given this loan
