Reading all the comments our stories are so similar. *** ordered from them in the past but now I havent gotten my order in months and months I ordered early august of 2023 and it is now February **** with no update email or contact. *** reached out directly and no answer. When did they become such a scam. What a disappointment. Now I have to dispute this charge because Im not sure Im ever going to get the product .Initial Complaint

I placed a large order on August 12th, 2023, and it it now December 6th, 2023 and still have not received my order but they took my money ($228 USD) without a problem. I have emailed them multiple times seeking a refund if they connot provide me with my order. They have not contacted me back. I have sent them DMs on instagram and despite them posting every day they have not replied to any of my messages.Initial Complaint

Ive prefer from them multiple times I have never had a problem till now . Its been since February 16 2023 Ive contacted them 3 times still no order. Its now October 1st , they post everyday on social media and never reply to me this is ridiculous!Initial Complaint

I placed a big order, they took my money very quickly but I havent received what I paid for and its been a long time. They have not even shipped it. Extremely upsetting since Ive gotten lashes from Yalorde in 2020. They were amazing and didnt take long to arrive. Id like a refund if Im not getting the several pairs of lashes I paid for.Initial Complaint

I placed an order #****** with Yalorde on 03/24/2022. It is 07/19/2022 and I still have not received my order that I paid for. I have sent several emails with no response. All the comments are disabled on IG as well as the messages.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 3/25/22 they took my money in 2 seconds but here we are almost 2 months later and no tracking # no delivery no nothing. Ive sent 3 emails and 5 direct messages on Instagram and no response received ever. There is no customer service phone # and u cant comment on their Instagram posts. They still post sale sale sale buy fast etc etc but cant even fulfill orders from 2 months ago. Its straight robbery. If my order cant be filled then Yalorde should simply issue a refund because its not the customers fault if there are issues on the company side.Initial Complaint

I have ordered from this company before no problem. But this month I placed an order on 4/6/2022 and it will be a month on Friday 5/6/2022 with no update. No email no message. I have already emailed customer service.
