- Refund and Exchange Policy
- All cancellations are subject to $25.00 cancellation fee. Peak season deposit is refunded only if notified 14 days in advance. Off season deposit is refunded only if notified 48 hours in advance. A processing charge of $30.00 is retained for all returned checks. Any change in length of stay must be received in accordance to the cancellation periods per season. No refunds due to "Acts of God or Government declared Emergencies"
