Their service department is clueless, unprofessional and most of their technicians/service director know nothing about cars. I have a 2019 accord sport 2L, and every time I took my car for an oil change, they ended up not filling my car to the appropriate level. They left the car at least 1 quart short. This was brought up several times to the service director attention who did nothing to address the situation with his staff. They even put me on an oil consumption test thinking that my car was burning oil but it wasn't. I also reached out to *********************** to bring this problem to his attention. He gave me call saying he had no proof, and advising me to go somewhere else. HE was like we couldnt please you, so it was best for you to go somewhere else. In addition to the oil issue, they messed up my camera recaliberation when they changed my windshield, I had to come back two times for them to admit it and fix. ************************* their service director was implying that I didnt know how the car work, and that there was nothing wrong with the recaliberation! They did also mess up my headliner, but to be fair to them, this was probably on the guys who did the windshield replacement These people and the way they run the service department is totally unprofessional and uncalled for. I highly recommend that you do not service your vehicles at Honda of Princeton, but if you do, check your oil level with dipstick to make sure they are putting the right quantity of oil for your car.

Purchased car from Honda of Princeton got scammed to pay for title and plate service $350 issued temp plate for 30 days. Temporary plate expired 5 days ago. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership if looking for a car. Nothing but scam artist for you to pay additional for everything related to a car purchase.
