      I paid ********* to Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing Company via an agreement contract with them on 8-27-2018. The waterproofing work was performed in November 2018. They told me I had a lifetime warranty. Now here I am 5 years later and my sump pump died. I have called all the numbers on the Warranty sheets and all the numbers I could find on all the documents I have and all the phone numbers have been disconnected. They must be a "Fly by night company" because I have tried all the internet phone numbers and all phone numbers are no longer in use! I am having some other problems with the waterproofing they did but too much to list here!

      we did service for my basement waterproofing, and changing sumpump, and all work ahve life time warranty, now its start mold and sump pump is not working

      I purchased the waterproofing system in 2016 with a lifetime warranty. They returned in 2018 and 2019 because of a bad sub pump. Now the pump is shot again. I called for service and all phone number are "no longer in service". I was not informed that the company was no longer in business. How do I enforce my lifetime warrenty?

      I paid **** for a french drain to be done by mid atlantic waterproofing back in jun ****.i got a lifetime guarentee also. I now have water in my basement. Several items are ruined and too little to claim on insurance. Every number i call is disconnected.

      We had our water proofing system installed and it's not working. Pump is under warranty but we are unable to contact anyone to come and resolve it.

      Company installed a breaker in home electrical box. Doesn't seem to be working correctly. Keeps popping off when sump pumps energize. Need the breaker replaced or issue resolved so drainage system will work correctly

      We paid MidAtlantic Waterproofing over $13,645.00 for a lifetime warranty for our basement WATERPROOFING. We have again water leaking in our basement where they were suppose to fix this problem in the first place.I've called left messages no one calls us back. Why pay all this money if the problem is not fixed?

      This company installed their Hi-Impact Polymer wall system in my finished basement in 2002 with a guarantee for as long as I hold title to my property. In the last 2 years my basement has flooded 4 times, each time due to the wall system backing up. This has resulted in numerous repairs to my walls and flooring, as well as the loss of furniture and personal items. All attempts to contact the company for repair and remuneration have been futile as all phone numbers and websites/social media have been disconnected and deleted.
