9-13-2022 My issue is, I live in a community where i have to pay a maintenance fee every month for my condominium, if i pay my maintenance fee early that's due on march 1 in mid February online they calculate my early payment as a late payment for February and charge me a late fee of $25.00, the problem is when i pay early the fee is not withdrawn from my account until the first of the month, there is a grace ****** of 15 days so i am well within the limit before they charge me a late fee, before they went online on the internet to receive payment i use to send them a check in the mail with a payment coupon which has the due date and all the necessary information on it and everything was fine, as soon as they went on line that's when my issue began, i got in touch with the property manager and was trying to resolve the issue but THE ***** issue arise, now that the ***** issue has sort of calm down, i have try call the property manager to speak to her, she is aware of the issue for years but have been putting me off telling me she will call me back and never do, they seem to be avoiding me and i am sick an tired of calling them, i am been ignore and i am frustrated with them, they know there is an issue with the online payment but refuse to resolve the issue, Please help thank you ***************************
