    I have received numerous phone calls daily for a vehicle extended warranty that I don't have and by no way am I the least bit interested. It's very annoying that I have asked them to stop calling and they won't. When I contacted them they said we don't solicit. I disagree. They won't remove my phone number from their list. This has been going on now for a few months. But when I try to call them back, it's a one way number. I am on a do not call list as well since 12-14-04. Otherwise, I will take this as far as possible.

    I took my car to ****************, for air conditioning problem in April 2023, Palmer sent an inspector to evaluate the problem they gave a verbal ok. I was due to drive home to ** at the end of the month and they would not start the repair until they were given written authorization from Palmer. When time was getting close I asked them to start the repair and I would pay as I needed the car in working condition to drive **** miles. ************* sent all the paper work to Palmer and I was told they would reimburse me. In early June I was told my case was at accounting and they would be sending a check but it could take 2 months.It is now well over that time, the claims division do not answer the phone, and customer service can only send a request to claims to call me which they never do.

    ********************* in ****** ***** recieved my truck over 2 weeks ago. They have been on the phone to ask when will the work begin after submitting estimate. wait times on Phone up to 3 and a half hour as I also been on hold for over 3 hours with no response.     This company uses a telemarketing company to contact potential customers and then patches the call through to a salesperson. Ive received no less than 100 calls from them despite not owning the vehicle in question. When I asked the salesperson to remove me from the list, he hung up on me. When I called them directly, the lady told me other companies do this too and proceeded to hang up on me. I want these calls to stop. Im on the Do Not Call list and Do Not Want To Be Called with offers to knit a warranty for a car Ive never owned.

    I receive almost a call daily from Palmer Administration sales people trying to sell me coverage. At least 20 times I've told them I don't own the vehicle they want to cover anymore and have asked them to take me off their calling list. They continue to call and it has gotten so frustrating that I end up cursing at them.

    I am writing to file a complaint against a car warranty company that I have been paying for the past four years. In total I have spent over $3,000 with this company and have never filed a complaint before . The company has been unresponsive to my attempts to file a claim for my Black 2013 ****** Altima's transmission. The claim number is 053655428.I filed a complaint on May 17th . They have looked at the car and approved my claim but I have not received the transmission for my car. My car has been sitting at ****** of ***** City in ******** for the past 6 weeks. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times through their website and via phone, but have not received any response. I have also tried to initiate a claim through their online system, but it keeps giving me an error message. I would like your assistance in resolving this matter with the car warranty company. I have fulfilled my financial obligation to them and I expect them to fulfill their contractual obligation to me. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.     I purchased an extended warranty with this company December 16, 2020. The contract expires December 15, ****. I paid the contract in full with the amount of $3,799.00. I have been trying to make contact with the claims department by calling the number but was on hold for over an hour. I talked with someone In customer service and was told someone would get back to me within a day. No one has called me back. The vehicle repair shop where I took my car to assess the work needed on my car, submitted the requested documentation on Palmers website claims portal. Still no response from Palmer. The vehicle repair shop has not heard from Palmer. It is very important that my car gets fixed as soon as possible as I need it to take my 96 year old Dad to his doctors appointment. After reading all of the complaints about this company, it appears this company is a SCAM. The person who sold me this extended warranty coverage assured me the process to file a claim was seamless and customer service was exceptional. Clearly, this is a false, given all of the complaints are nearly the same complaint as mine - placed on hold for hours on end, no response after entering claim on the portal, customer service is of no help, calling multiple times but still no response, no resolution.

    July 12 2023 ac went out on **** escape two days calling service **** no answer called called customer service gave online contact waited two more days no return from Palmer paid to have ac repaired called customer service to cancel contract said i needed to send letter which I did July 15 still no response to get refund

    Palmer Admin is FAILING to make payments that was approved by their *************** Warranty part. They setup a website for payment since they no longer own SCC by make payments for them. My shop went to their website submitted all documents for Payments ** still haven't received Payment, which h means I cannot get car, already missed bunch of my VA medical & MH appts. Repair shop is **************** Repair ************, ** **************. Need HELP to get car- shop NEEDS to be PAID!!

    This business claims department refuses to contact me back. My customer has filed a separate complaint as well, *********************************. My customer is without her vehicle because they refuse to resolve this claim since May 25th. Any email, call, or message is disregarded and neither one of us are ever contacted. **************** REFUSES to help or get you to a supervisor, the claims line does not work but yet that is our only way to contact? Ive sent OVER 60 emails attempting to contact, left many complaints through companies website - all to no avail. I need this company to contact me IMMEDIATELY.
