On January 10, 2024, I called First Enroll-Health Plan to see if I could find a better health insurance policy. I felt I was pressured into giving my credit card during that phone call with the agent. I did not feel comfortable so I told the agent I changed my mind. He informed me it was too late the transaction for $168.99 already went through and there was no way to stop it from going through. I asked to be transferred to a manager. I spoke to ****** who said he was a manager and told me to think about it and give it at least 72 hours. I called the next day on January 11, 2024, and canceled the policy. I called several times after that telling them I had not gotten my refund back for my $168.99. Every time I called they told me the refund request was on file and in process. It's already April 21, 2024, and I still haven't received my refund for $168.99. I believe they also go by ***************** Affliliates.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I called the member service number on my card and after 2 transfers I spoke to someone by the name of ****. Initially he seemed friendly but that turned quickly once I was adamant about wanting to cancel. He kept asking questions that werent relevant and kept insinuating I was the reason for the delay in canceling my policy. He placed me on hold several times and finally transferred me to another rep ****** who was just as bad. I had to talk to 3 people to cancel this policy. When I attempted to speak to a manager obviously there was no one available. I had to call my bank to get some information on them and place a stop payment on future payments because I dont trust them. Just a quick overviewOn the first call they identified themselves as Health Enrollment Center. Then come to find out the monthly dues were being drafted from a company called First Enrollment and FINALLY when I did receive a cancellation notice it was from Dozer Health IncAshlie ***** which I am assuming the agents I spoke to worked for. Bottom line is dont use them!! I paid $375 a month for nothing!!! I wouldnt want their insurance even if it was for free!!!!

**** in the ************* department was extremely polite. Spoke in a clam and professional voice, he is in the most challenging department. He was able to get my first payment thru and gave me information on when the next payment was due. I was very impressed.

SCAM!Every month I phoned to cancel and they told me it will be cancelled at the end of that month. However, they keep on billing my credit card every month.I declared disputes with the credit card company but every time First Enrolls response was the the policy was not cancelled

This really seems to be a rip off. Very little ever covered or paid.

Spoke to *****, she helped others but she must be exhausted dealing with people who feel like they have been conned and sold snake oil. ***** had way too much information to just be the billing company. I have filed a complaint with the ******** state attorney General for insurance fraud on consumers. Im awaiting my full refund, then I will consider changing my review. ** also not opposed to civil legal action against First Enroll, Aegis Health Options and everyone involved in this CON. I will not rest until these con artists and thieves pay the price for immoral, unethical and illegal business practices.

This is fraud, basically. ******* on the phone said we were buying insurance and NEVER mentioned that my daughter was actually signing up to be an employee of "Vitamin Patch." Turns out you cannot access ANY benefits, if there are any, unless you're spending 20 hrs a week "working" for this outfit, which appears to sell shady supplements.

Do NOT use !!!! They will take your money!!! Be aware!!! The manager hung up on me and another manager did not realize I was on the phone and dropped the * bomb. They refused to refund my money when my insurance was terminated and they kept charging me.

YES YES -- THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! I thought I was signing up for medical insurance based on the sales reps presentation to find out it was a crappy discount program. I got stuck with a over ********* bill for a hip replacement. The told the hospital the procedure was covered --- no it was not. I cancelled the policy as soon as I could and gave them sufficient time and charged my card again. I requested a refund several times and ***** would not send me confirmation of the cancellation by email or mail just claimed I'd receive it in 3-5 days. This was 5 months ago. They are horrible, unprofessional, and clearly robbing people. I cancelled the card or they would have kept charging me. Stay away far away from these scammers!!!

COMPLETE SCAM, DONT DO IT, they're constantly charging my card at least 200 each month for benefits I cannot use that were falsely described as insurance.
