      I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealership, which came with a multitude of issues. The driver seat was ripped, brakes weren't working properly and the reflector on the bumper was broken. I brought the seat issue up to my sales associate, Sheriff, and he was trying to talk over me and ignore the problem telling me I cause the rip in the seat. I brought my car back to the dealership and they fixed my seat, however the brakes and the reflector were still broken. I spoke with the manager of the dealership to discuss these issues and my concerns further and he said that he would help me make a service appointment and told me he was going to call me back. The next day I called back to speak to the manager and the front desk said he was busy. The day after that I called and the front desk said he was busy. I did not receive any phone calls back from the manager. As certified pre-owned the vehicle should be free of mechanical issues, which could potentially cause a safety hazard. I do not feel safe driving this vehicle and they need to fix it. I am very unsatisfied with the service I received and the way I was treated from Open Road Mazda.

      *****************, GM of the dealership, spoke to ************** and informed her that we replaced the brakes and we were unaware of any other issues. She didn't realize we had replaced them. She is coming back to the dealership on Friday so that we can look at any other issues she has.Sincerely,*****************************

      Typical pondscum dealership: I said I would have their used car checked by an independant mechanic IF they verified they could process a federal rebate. They told me YES. I spent $373 to have the car checked out, THEN they tell me NO, they are not set up for the rebate, and they refuse to do so. Buyer beware

      It's disgraceful that this business will take the time to respond to only their positive reviews on ****** and ignore their customers who have extremely valid complaints. My negative experience with this Mazda dealership is clearly not the only one based on the reviews I have read here, ******, and Yelp. I spent over $1100 to fix my car's check engine light, it was NOT fixed, they were terrible with communication and kept my car for over a week. When I got it back both rotors were cracked yet they did not discover this in their "full circle" inspection and the car was shaking (they claimed this was due to a faulty motor mount which was NEVER an issue before they worked on my car). ***** the service manager would not get on the phone with me when I tried to speak with her after my check engine light came on again 3 weeks after they worked on my car. Furthermore, after I brought my car to another mechanic they discovered that Mazda had in fact replaced one of the coils, however they had no record of this on the service paperwork they gave me and when I called to ask, they were "unsure" if the coil had been replaced or not! Based on the previous review I just read here if I had brought the car back to try to continue to fix the issue, I would have continued to waste money just as I suspected. Horrible service.

      Terrible experience with my vehicle service. I had give my car for regular oil change and they found something was leaking from time seal cover. They fixed the time seal cover and since after that was done my car had lot of issues like brakes weren't working and car would stop on middle of the road with engine light indicating something is wrong with the car and was going to shop back and forth for two/three months. Everytime I went back they said I need to change batteries then they made me change spark plugs and they still couldn't fix my issue. I had to call Mazda manufacturer to fix the issue and Mazda manufacturer helped them fix problem by resealing the time cover. I ending up spending tons of money and never got anything back. Terrible service.

      Pay extra money for tire protection and roadside assistance, yet i waited 4 hours for them to get there to change my flat tire. then waited another 3 hours at ****************** to put a new tire on. They told me TWICE beforehand they would provide shuttles to my house and back while they fixed it and then when I got there said they cant bring me back to pick up my car. Never leasing with them again. Had to take the whole day off of work too
