Atlantic Medical Non delivery of oxygen. Atlantic MedicaL IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH BY TELEPHONE.aAtlantic Medical never answers web or e-mail placed orders. They put you on hold and play a recording or request a message. recently, the only way to get delivery is contact my doctor who expedites delivery.Initial Complaint

They are billing for a ficticious *** - they have said they are investigating and will hold bills - since MARCH. I received a final bill. This was rejected by insurance - nobody pays for ***s that did not happen. We did pay the bill and copay for the *** that did happen - ******, but they generated an additional bill IN ERROR, and refuse to correct it. The bill says, "unspecified ***" They cannot say what it is for, because it is for nothing. This is for 350. Anthem ********** Blue Shield called them to correct - NO avail. They apologize but do nothing, except send more billsInitial Complaint

I had scheduled my annual physical appointment with ***************** at Atlantic Health system in ************ ** on September 8, 2020, ********** called me a week prior to my scheduled appointment and cancel the appointment due to Doctors unavailability. I tried to rescheduled an appointment few times but my doctor was not available, so i setup an appointment with different doctor **** M ****** on June 16th, 2021. I got a **** in the mail contain charges for two physical (Sept 8th and June 16th) visit, however, the physical was done only on June 16th, My insurance already paid for the **** for June 16th 2021 and advised me that the Atlantic health submitted invoice for two physical. I called billing office at Atlantic health multiple times, spoke to customer services few times on different date, they do agree that it is a mistake at their end on double charges and assured me that they will fix the issue in the system and i should not be worried about the invoice of double charge. I got a mail from collection agency (CMRE ********************** on Jan 7th 2022 for the charges which was added in my invoice by mistake.
