I purchased the Outre Perfect Hairline Lace Front and the style was ******* twice and the wigs were defective. I sent in a complaint with receipts, barcodes and pictures. However, the company does not respond. I have bought a second wig to give it another try and the same thing happened. The wigs immediately just split down the middle of the lace as if it were stale. This happened straight from the box. This was over $100 waisted and not to mention it left me having to cancel appointments do to not having another option for my hair. I bought two wigs and once the 1st one got old, I went for this Outre one which failed me not once, but twice. I was brushing the second wig and the lace just split. It has a stale dry feel to it. The first one just split immediately when I went to put it on for the 1st time. The company sends auto reply messages and when I called they say the department that handles my issue is closed.Initial Complaint

I ordered a wig that is brown and was sent white hair. I would like to return this wig for a full refund. I have not opened the box. I peeked inside and saw this disaster.
