My first self directed **** Broad Financial (BF) proved to be expert in guiding me through the process and setting up my trust. Their website is excellent in stepping me through the process. Their support staff answered my questions quickly and correctly. I had no issues or complaints. I recommend BF to anyone wanting to set up a trust. At Broad Financial, I was able to take my hard earned 401k out of the volatile stock market and take control over my own retirement. Broad Financial and in particular, ***********************, were fantastic. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I was opening a complex multi-member *** LLC. My calls were always answered (a rarity in today's business world) and **** spent time to inform me on the entire process. Broadway Financial is definitely the company to work with for your retirement investment needs. Their fee structure and services are the best on the market and customer support is excellent. I've opened a Solo 401K Trust with ******************* and he was extremely helpful giving me all the information to make the best-informed decision for my situation. Also had the pleasure to work with *********************** who was very knowledgeable answering all my questions thoroughly after the account was opened. My experience with Broad Financial has been excellent. First, they offer the very important service of establishing a fully compliant Solo 401(k) package and they follow it up with amazing support. They set up the legal documents for my new trust and 401(k) plan, and provided excellent documentation and guidance for completing the process (in my case, terminating an existing plan and rolling my funds over to the new plan. It is a hands*on process for the participant (the customer) but my support contact * Alex * provided world*class customer service: either immediately available or quickly responsive, extremely thorough and knowledgeable in her communications, and made me feel welcome to ask additional questions if needed. Im very grateful to her for being there as I transitioned to a self*directed retirement plan. I would encourage others looking to open a self*directed retirement plan to seriously consider Broad Financial.Review from Richard G.

Broad financial has been there for me every time Ive called them. They have by helpful and informative when I needed help and had questions. **** is a good guy and I enjoyed working with him.I recommend BROAD FINANCIAL for your solo 401K means.
