I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. I engaged their services for pool service and maintenance by making a payment of $3600 for continuing pool maintenance for the summer of my pool. However, the company failed to fulfill its obligations. Therefore, I request a full refund.Despite providing all necessary information and making the required payment, the service was not provided within the specified timeframe or at all. This lack of performance has caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and financial loss on my part.I kindly request an immediate refund of the amount paid. I expect this company to process the refund promptly and provide confirmation of the reimbursement.Failure to address this issue satisfactorily within a reasonable timeframe may leave me with no choice but to pursue further actions to protect my rights, including seeking legal recourse or sharing my experience publicly.I can provide the necessary to support my claim.Please handle this matter with urgency. Pool company gave me an estimate of ******* came pull liner back said it would be ******* Paid the ****. Try reaching company to say hole was still there. He is trying to state it is a different hole. Explained where he put the filling. It was all uneven . ***** installed a pool liner on ***** 8th. We mentioned we had a well and will fill until the water truck comes to delivery the water, as we have done in the past. After only 4 inches of water being filled with the well, part of the liner got detached. Called him immediately and didnt want to come out until Monday to fix it. We stressed that the water truck was coming Saturday and he reluctantly came. He even admitting that we needed boiling water to stretch the liner and said he should have waited to install when it was warmer. But still never mentioned that filling the pool could be a problem. The water truck came to fill and as it was filling 2/3 of the liner came detached from the track and over ***** gallons of water poured into our yard. When we called him he said the hose was too powerful, then the next excuse was it must be bad tracking, and then the third excuse was it was too cold to fill. Never did he tell us that in writing or verbally that we couldnt fill. We have it in writing and told him verbally that we were getting it filled by a truck. He offered to replace the tracking for an additional $1500 which would have never broke if he didnt install the liner when it was too cold and should have advised us that adding water would cause stress on the liner and break the tracks. We would have waited for the install as it is ***** and there was no rush to get the pool open. I dont feel he is competent enough to install a liner in a pool let alone tracking on it. Ive been in contact with two other pool companies that said liners shouldnt be installed if its below 70 degree and could cause this complication. I requested ***** to pay for the install, water delivery, and salt that was wasted when it collapsed. As far as we know the liner is fine, but waiting on tracking prices . There was no indication that there was a problem with the tracking until the liner was installed. We heard a large snap which indicated a lot of pressure on the track or liner.
