I purchased a vehicle from lilliston an November 3 2022 and ever since I purchased the vehicle its been at the dealer every time I get it back its something new now I felt out of love from the vehicle I dont want it anymore every time I get it its something new sensors front bumper now glue all over the fenders no I want a vehicle with all original parts from manufacture not replaced parts. I spoke to the bank and they said that the dealer should get me out the deal due to the fact I havent made my first payment and they giving me a hard time they said they couldnt do that because the bank funded them *********** to find out they lied to me the bank told me otherwise now this makes me feel shady towards the dealer. Ever since I purchased the vehicle on the 3rd of November the vehicle its been in the dealer.Business response

Good morning,
In response to the complaint by ****************. Lilliston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has been completely transparent with all aspects including all paperwork and the prior damage listed on the Carfax signed by **************** for the sale of the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 11/03/2022.
The front bumper was replaced with a new front bumper prior to **************** purchasing the vehicle. **************** was aware of the previous bumper damage. **************** signed the Carfax stating the vehicle had minor front bumper damage on 11/03/2022. We also provided a 5-year service contract at the time of purchase at no charge to ***************************
After delivery **************** experienced an issue with the sensor in the front bumper. The vehicle was brought into my service department on 11-7-22. One of my technicians drove with **************** and the issue could not be duplicated. The vehicle was left with the service department. **************** was provided a loaner vehicle at no charge while the vehicle was in our service department. My technician found that one of the sensors was loose in the new bumper and the sensor was replaced. The repairs were completed on 11-10-2022. *************** picked up the vehicle on 11-16-22.
I met with **************** when he picked up his vehicle and he was still unhappy with the vehicle. I strive to keep our customer happy with their purchases. **************** and I agreed for us to search for a replacement vehicle on 11/16/2022. If a replacement vehicle is found, I will trade him out of the current vehicle. **************** provided us with several color option for our search. This is difficult vehicle to replace in the current market conditions, but I want him to be happy and we will use our resources to try and locate one. **************** was satisfied with this resolution.
*************** also stated that he would be reaching out to the BBB to remove the complaint on 11/16/2022.
