Everything has been easy so far, the representative was great, we actually had a good time while he was here. The great ideas going back and forth made it easy to pick the siding and doors for our home.

I've been tossing the idea of having my home upgraded with vinyl siding. I had a meeting with a gentleman named **** and I enjoyed his entire presentation. However, I couldn't resist, in a few weeks my home will have a new look. I've been listening to their jingle on the radio for many years - "Trust us with your family and home." And the tag line "If you'll call we'll show up" and show up they did on the promised date ready to work. I now have a new roof, facias, soffits and gutters and I couldn't be happier. Follow-up at every stage of the job was excellent and clean up at completion was thorough. I chose East Coast even though they're far from the least expensive game in town because they advertise themselves as a ****************** Unfortunately, fairly or unfairly, roofers have a reputation as being unreliable. I took East Coast at their word and they did not disappoint. We hired East Coast for new siding and gutters. Excellent customer service beginning with our salesman *** through to the end of the project, we were kept informed every step of the way. Their staff is very professional, friendly and caring. We were in constant contract with our job supervisor **** who addressed every question or concern we had. They did a beautiful job! Excellent company! I wish all contractors were like this company. We had our roof and skylights replaced. Job was completed in one day. Excellent communication from start to finish. They go the "extra mile" to do the job right. This is the third time we have hired East Coast for a project and it has always been a positive experience.
