The is the worst company to deal, do not waste your time. Im an American Home Shield customer and they cancelled our appointment without notice.Review from Jan P

I had a very bad experience working with **** and Choice Home Warranty. My air conditioning stopped working on June 19th. ***** came out one week later and told me I needed a new thermostat and a new control panel but it would take two weeks to get them in. He finally came to put them in July 5th.. the air conditioning only work for very short time. When I called to complain I was told that he would be out again and then last night I received a letter saying my claim was not covered because there was dirt in my fan and that was my fault and I broke the contract. It was actually all a big scam as the technician that did come to fix my air conditioner today and it prompt efficient and professional manner told me the control panel had not even been changed. So ***** is very unagreeable to work with and very inflexible with time and hours and also appears to not be truthful. I would not recommend using this company or anythingReview from Rose J

I am so sad to hear all these negative reviews because this is a good, professional company. I had many other people come out to repair my heater and after months of not getting the work done properly, this company came out and fixed the problem. I just needed the system cleaned because it was clogged this not lighting up the unit. Meanwhile, I had someone come out and replace the flame sensor, the igniter, and had a tube up and still the unit did not work. The gentleman who came out was knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away. I am grateful for this company, thank you for helping me outReview from Stephanie B

Came out to fix a furnace that was not working. They said I needed a new furnace and the cost would be $15,000. I called another company and then installed a new thermostat (which was the problem!) *****************Review from Justin H

DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANYHTING!!! My ************************ used them twice. Both times went them same. First Time: They called, said we can come tomorrow between a certain time and I said I couldn't do it at that time and they said ok we will have to schedule for the next week and said they would call back. Never called back. Second time: Same exact thing happened. Except this time I asked if they were actually going to call back and the guy tried telling me they called a bunch of times and left voice-mail but I never called them back. This was completely false. I told him nobody ever called me back. He then told me to use someone else and hung up.
