My husband purchased a car for me in September of 2023, after a month of driving around with a temp tag I called them to find out what was going on with my tags they told me that Delaware was backed up and they would send me another temp tag. Another month goes by and I still didnt receive my tags. They contacted me in November and stated that I needed a vin inspection which I did and sent it to them. Another month goes by with another temp tag. They then call me and tell me that I have to go to the dmv and change my license to my married last name. In March they called and said there was a problem with my license so I went and dealt with that, called them to let them know that it was corrected and they then told me that I have to get my tags myself after I paid them to do it. Nor can I get my takes without the title and bank as the title. Ive been calling for a week now and no body is answering. This has been the worst experience everBusiness response

Wisdom motors has been trying to get ******************** tags but Delaware dmv would not do them because her madden name was on the license and the contract had her married name so we told her she had to change that at dmv so we could do her tag work the customer would not respond to ********************** so we called Delaware dmv and they told us to send certified letter to her to explain that she had to call Delaware dmv because she had a issue with her license so ********************** sent certified letter ******************** to the address that was on contract and it was returned so Delaware dmv requested the receipt from the certified letter of returned letter so at that point the Delaware dmv issued title only to issue only title with lienholder until ******************** resolved the issue with her license thank you and have a great dayInitial Complaint

On September 26th of 2023, I purchased a 2015 Camaro ss, I traded in a perfectly good running vehicle with low miles. *** Camaro was put up for sale so I imagined it was ready to be sold. I was told I was to have 20k for the trade, and money down. *** bank said its 3k down. I paid 1k up front, and the rest was after the car was proven to be running ok. After **** dollars of repairs later the car still doesnt run right and I cannot get it inspected because there is no catalytic converters. Also it took 45 days to get my plates with me calling every day. *** owner is telling me I owe 5grand down which the contact states 3k. He said he would give me 200 dollars towards a hood, and **** towards the tune to get the car drivable. That would mean the down payment is complete. *** biggest issue I have is, my car loan for the car I traded in is still not paid off. ***y also sold the car to someone else!!!!. ***y came to my house to repo the vehicle, my credit is damaged. *** owner wont talk to me. As of today November 15th the vehicle is still not paid off. Its almost been two months. *** deal was funded September 29th of 2023. Which means he got paid for my car loan. This is very stressful and now I cannot refinance my car loan or my mortgage because of the late payments. ***y are also charging off my car account for repo.Initial Complaint

I purchased a used car from W***** Motors in Maple Shade NJ Rt 38 on May 3, 2021. I traded in a 2011 CL550 Mercedes Benz with a loan balance of approximately $28,000.00 for a 2018 Nissan Armada loan approved $39,000.00 through ******* ****. I left the trade in and apparently it was sold a few days afterwards however, my original loan was never paid off. There remains a balance of nearly $3,000.00 on the original loan. After numerous promises to pay the loan as of 7/9/2021 is remains unpaid. In addition, it has been 65 days and they have not delivered me a permanent tag for the new vehicle. The owner Boyd W***** continues to lie and now I no longer have access to a car. I am clear that this is a civil issue but now I just want it taken care of without further delay.Business response

W***** motors has received the complaint the trade that was traded in at w***** motors has been payed off in full and also the customer has received his tags thank you for bringing it to my attention
