I'm from **, and in August of 2022 my spouse and I bought a used car from them. After paying in full by a bank check, they informed me they would keep the title until the check cleared, but I could take the car home. They didn't send the title after the check cleared, after a few business days. I called and spoke with the sales manager, who quickly became aggressive and argumentative, and claimed to be the owner of the whole dealership. They didn't send me the title until I called the Mahwah ****************** I still can't believe the way I was treated by the sales manager, ***************************, a little man with a napoleon complex and an aggressive, miserable, totally unprofessional disposition. I wouldn't buy a matchbox car from these clowns. It shouldn't surprise me, because he treated another customer the same way while I was in the showroom. ********* must think of himself as ***********************.

Cadillac of Mahwah DOES NOT CARE about my business. We made an agreement for me to purchase an $80,000 SUV and I had to call and hound the salesman and manager for three days to get instructions on how to pay for the car. I've never had to beg to purchase something before. The last communication that I had with the sales manager, *********************, when I asked him for wiring instructions, he called me a "mother-f'er." Then he told me they could easily sell the same car to someone else. The best part is, I still didn't receive the wiring instructions I needed to pay for the car so I just stopped trying.When the salesman ********************* followed up two days later by email, I responded and wrote him about my horrible experience with ********************* and why I would never do business with Cadillac of Mahwah ever again. His response simply, "Understood." Not a "thank you for your time" or an apology nor any question about how they could keep my business. So it is ******* clear that Cadillac of Mahwah, *********************, and ********************* do not care about my business. I wish the dealership and anyone that wants to patronize them good luck. They will certainly need it.
