      On October 3rd, I ordered a slicing blade from Chefman. I finally received a package, but, it was the wrong product. The company agreed to send me the right product. However, I never received my ordered product. After a few attempts at this, I told Chefman to refund my money since they couldn't seem to send me the slicing blade I had paid for. That was ******** Since then, I've been told "the check is in the mail". I want either the product I paid for, or my money back. I would prefer an electronic refund and not wait on a check in the mail.

      On the 22nd of Feb, this year, I purchased a Chefman Microcrisp Microwave from ******* in ************ **. When I unpacked the microwave I saw that the lugs on the Glass Plate did not sit inside of the "holes" in the turntable; as such, the turn table moved independantly from the glass plate. The only thing that made the glass plate move was the weight of the plate and what had been placed on it. As that was a saeemingly minor issue I did not bother contactying anyone about it; HOWEVER, within the space of two weeks, and minimal use, the microwave started making a "grinding or grating sound" which was definately not right. Due to the grinding sound I contacted Chefman by phone and spoke with a person named ****** who became my "case manager". She asked me to make a video and take pictures of the problem and email them to her, which I did. I did not hear anything back for two or three days. When dshe did respond she asked for more pictures, which I took and sent to her. A further 3 or 4 days passed without hearing anything. When I finally got a response it was only asking for MORE pictures and nothing more. I reponded by telling her that I had already sent the pictures she was aksing for and that the whole process was getting rediculous. I paid for a new item that was faulty out of the box and then became even more faulty and Chefman was doing nothing other than dragging the problem out - presumably waiting for the 30 day warrenty period to expire - even though this ****** had acknowledged the grinding sound as a result of the video I sent. Bottom line is this - I bought a new Chefman Microcrisp Microwave that was, and still is, faulty. I filed a complaint (if you like) with Chefman and they have done nothing about the matter other than telling me to take more and more pictures and videos of the thing and nothing more, nor have they replied to my last email of the 29th of Mar.

      I’ve been trying for months to get a replacement pan for my air fryer. The original pan turned nasty and is unusable. Several emails to chefman have produced only excuses as to why they don’t have pans in stock. Chefman wants to charge me for a new pan. I feel that’s unreasonable since the original pan is useless due to poor quality. I bought the air fryer a long time ago so I do not have receipts. I hope you can help ….thank you !

      Purchased Brand New, CHEFMAN Multifunctional Digital Air Fryer, Feb 26, 2023 on eBay. On Feb 17, 2024 it stopped working. Nine (9) days short of the manufacturers warranty. Contacted Chefman customer support and was told, "As our warranty would cover products purchased from first hand resellers, not auction sites or secondary retailers..." Currently there are 54 sellers selling this product on eBay and I don't know how many on Amazon. This is obviously a tactic of this company NOT to honor product warranties. We have bought and sold on eBay for 20 years and new product warranties have always been honored without question. This is obvious Deceptive Trade Practice on the part of this company selling this Chinese manufactured product.

      I bought a Turbo Air Touch Dual Air Fryer - #************/RJ38-SQPF-45DTBB with a 1 year warranty. The light doesn&#**;t work. I sent them a video. They asked for another video to send to the case manager. I would like a replacement and the customer service was hateful. I would like to get a replacement one or to refund my money. I would rather have the replacement.

      I purchased a Chefman 6 in one Espresso machine in September of 2022 and used it for less than 100 cups of latte. The last week of March, the gasket that seals the steam source to the milk frother failed, making it impossible to make steamed milk for any drink. I filed a report with Chefman, sending a video as requested of the failed part; but heard nothing back but a note the first day that the response was taking longer than expected. I waited two weeks and filed again; and goth the same response. I still have no way to replace the gasket; so the machine is virtually useless. There is no listing for the part; so I cannot even purchase one to repair myself. Phone calls go unanswered.

      I purchased an air fryer from their company and it stopped working after 5 months and per their policy should still be under warranty. I have reached out to them and was told a ticket had been opened and someone would be in touch. It has been several months and no one has gotten back to me or responded in any many to my additional requests for contact. I am now learning from different amazon reviews that this is typical from the company and that is should not expect a further response, refund, or replacement.Sincerely *********************

      On March 13, 2022 I bought a Chefman air fryer through amazon. On January 30, 2023, this air fryer stopped working. I contacted Amazon and they told me that I should contact the seller (chefman company) I filled out the file (or case) and sent it according to their policy. They sent an (auto reply email) where they indicated that they would contact me in the next 24 to 48 hours. They never did and when I call the customer service number they never answer. This air fryer has a full year warranty This device has a one year warranty. Need help with this concern

      ****** did reach out to our customer support team and was sent an item replacement. The item replacement was delivered on January 30th 2023. This case has been closed and the customer has been provided a new unit.

      BUYER BEWARE!Do not purchase any products from this company unless you want to be treated like your money doesn't matter. I was gifted this chefman air fryer via a wishlist I have on tiktok, it was an anonymous gifter. I don't have a receipt and the person who got it for me didn't add a gift receipt. This company had me go through all these steps KNOWING I had no receipt with hopes I would be able to get a replacement. After all the steps they turn around and tell me the product is discontinued. INSTEAD of providing me with a newer model, they tell me since I have no proof of purchase (I literally have the unit and even made a video showing it not working) apparently owning the product isn't proof enough these days. BUY ELSEWARE TRUST ME DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!I was gifted the product back in august 2021 the company claims there is a manufacturer warranty within 1 year PRODUCT malfunctioned Company told me since i had no receipt to provide video and photo of the label on the product etc.I did so.company tells me the product is discontinued and since i dont have a receipt they will not be able to replace I want company to uphold their warranty and provide a replacement. Clearly it does not have to be the same unit but they could of easily provided me with a different unit.
