They advertise 1 on 1 instruction, which is a lie. They will schedule you for 2 hour sessions, of which you will only get 30 minutes of instruction on a good day. For example, if you have a 2 hour class from 10am-12pm, it will take 30 min to get to the yard and start the trucks, then the instructors will end at 11:30am, leaving an hour of instruction per session which is split between 2 or 3 students. This leaves you with 20-30min of instruction maximum out of the 2 hours scheduled. On my final class which was supposed to be 4 hours, I ended up with 30 minutes of instruction due to their chronic time wasting. With every hour costing a little over $100, they are essentially robbing you of $150 every session. The trucks at the yard are not the trucks you will take the road test in, and you will be lucky if you even see the road test truck before your test date. Nearly every session will be with a different instructor, who all teach different methods and have little to no experience themselves. To add insult to injury, some instructors here smoke weed on the job and in the truck at times. The lack of communication is another issue at this school, along with their terrible customer service. They will be extremely nice to you to sign you up, but it all changes after they take your money. If you mention your concerns, they will constantly bring up the contract you sign which they blatantly breach and disregard. The employees here are condescending and act like they are doing you a favor by telling you they will get back to you by a certain date and leaving you with no information, that their trucks are broken down which is why you won't have enough time that day, or that your road test has to be cancelled because of these constant break downs. Multiple classmates have expressed their disappointment with this school with the same complaints. At my road test, there were several students who have never driven the truck or seen the road test vehicle.

The management of this company sucks! They make promises that they do not keep and provide poor training. They keep switching instructors that do not teach in the same way. Very little to none actual road or highway driving instruction and refused to provide instruction after I failed two Pre-Trip inspections. Strung me out from August 2021 to May ************************************************** to go somewhere else for training and road test. They were paid over $4000 for their training and accepted no responsibility to help me pass my road test. Avoided phone calls and never returned calls. Very unprofessional behavior that cost me the loss of over one year of time to get my CDL license.

Unlike the other reviews, I unfortunately did not have a positive experience with this driving school. I will comment on several aspects of my experience that I believe are important to consider before signing up for training in this institution. After signing up for my AUTOMATIC CDL training course, they told me that my exam will take place approximately one month after. However, my exam was scheduled after THREE monthsand I believe that is because they do not have enough resources (trucks) for training.Because I was dissatisfied with my scheduled exam date, I requested a refund of my money. They said that they cannot give me my full refund because of their policy registration fee of $750. In other words, I could not get my full refund. $750 as a registration fee is abysmal and never heard of. After all this conflict, they changed my exam date to an earlier dateas if that was not possible in the first place? I was still not satisfied.Although I signed up for an automatic truck for my training, I got a manual truck. They did not have an automatic truck available. They continuously, on a regular basis, promised me that an automatic truck will be available eventually. I learned that even the manual trucks were in very bad condition. During one of the days of my training, the supervisor called and requested the truck I was using back. This is because the truck was needed for another students *** exam.Out of the total 9 days of my signed-up training, I had driving exercising for ONLY 5 days! The remaining 4 days I spent in pre-trip training because they did not have enough trucks. In total, I only had 15 minutes to drive on the highway with a truck that has a transmission problem (couldnt switch gear shift). How am I supposed to be well equipped with driving a truck under these conditions?!Finally, on my exam day in ****, ** location, I was assigned with a manual truck I have never seen or sat in before. The *** examiner was extremely upset because of the truck condition that she went as far as to fail me before I even got to drive. Horrible experience and extremely frustrating considering the fact that I was preparing for this exam for weeks. The examiner was not able to sit on the front passenger seat of the truck because it was simply impossible. To reiterate, she failed me before the exam even began! She called her *** supervisor to show the truck condition and complained.Ive spent lots of money and time to prepare for this exam date. Ive endured the non-professional behavior of the schools representatives, hoping that at least my exam date will go as planned. However, I did not expect to fail because of a trucks condition.
