            I was given a quote for all of my belongings. At the end of September when the company picked up my stuff I was told they were charging me over double what I was charged and had to leave a lot of my things behind because they didnt fit. Super great quoters, not. I was told 21 business days, I kept calling and then was told 35 business days(its actually 30) kept calling and they stopped answering my phones calls. They continuously lied to me. Told me they were coming multiple times and never showed up. I finally wrote complaint to FMCSA, after the office lady found out she told me that I wouldnt see my things, she is holding my stuff ******. It is now December and they are just brought me my stuff but then left without giving it to me. I was told by the company that hired them that the contract I signed does have a per diem of $30 everyday they didnt bring stuff. The lady on the phone says thats not a thing but after complaining to the company that hired them she said about $200 off but it should be closer to the 900-1000$ range. This whole company is a scam! They also are trying to get me to pay a different company name with different address on wire transfer. They were driving a Penske truck so After they left again with my things I called Penske and turns out they are using stolen Penske truck. Taking legal matters.

            My family is still waiting for the balance of my home contents!! We moved from ******** to ******* **. September 2021. Its April 2022 we dont have still some of our home goods. No one is answering the phone. One contact number is disconnected. We have paid $11k to date! We had one truck show and wouldnt open truck for me to verify the contents until paid $7k in cash!! It turns out contents was not my stuff! Had another tell me hes on the way, youre in ******* right no were in *******! He never called back! Most of my furniture has been dragged. Most glass items (including TVs) were delivered broken!! Ive shed tears over family keepsakes that have still not been delivered. I want my dads military flag!!! I want my king **** Wheres our stuff! I tried to go thru broker who says they no longer work with them, but they say they put in a claim on our behalf. Who does this!!! Class action suit is my next step. The guy unloading the first truck told me you can take photos of your stuff, but you cannot take any photos of me! I was trying to photograph how my belongings were thrown onto the truck. Clearly my belongings were moved from truck to truck!! I have photos!! No one should go through this and see their heirlooms from three generations broken, destroyed or worse. I want my dads flag!! Dad was in the Korean War. The flag covered my dads casket! My 90 old mom wants my Dads flag!!! Scandalous!!! Angry and out of $11k. I want my Dads Flag!!!
