We took my son's car in for a broken mirror and automatic locks wouldn't work. They said they had to run to diagnostics to determine what was wrong. They charged $432 for the diagnostics only they didn't use a machine. "They gave an estimate of $2100 to replace the $45 mirror which only involves plugging it into the socket. They said it would cost close to a $1,000 to fix the broken door latches and almost $600 to plug in a new mirror. We knew this was ridiculous but figured that the two "diagnostics" would explain exactly what was wrong so that we could order the parts ourselves and take it to a different mechanic to fix it. However, their $400 diagnostic was not a print out created by the machines, it was a paper that said, "passenger mirror is broken and locks need new latches." They also charged a waste disposal fee, but they didn't fix anything! All they gave was a diagnostic that said "mirror is broken." A representative contacted me and asked how their service was, when I told them what happened, they said they would tell the manager. The manager texted and asked how was the service, I texted him back what happened. He never responded.

My car was brought in on May 17th and spent 3 months to get repaired. I spent nearly $3000 for rentals to continue working and had to contact ****************** to even get anything done. What angers me is the inability of this dealership to answer the phone or return calls. No one informed me what the problem was and on the rare occasion I spoke to someone I was given a run around about when it might be done and even what might be wrong! Even when a part arrived and I had been promised the repair would be done immediately and it was a 2-3 hour repair it was a full week until they bothered. And the whole issue is now written off as frustrating for me. If customer service isnt extended to a family of **** customers since ****, I cant imagine how poorly they treat everyone. Never again.
