I selected a specific product to purchase from this retailer based on advertised specifications and price advertised. The item received (item G1-301DPX1) was not the item specified on the website. I immediately contacted the company via email to apprise them of the mix up expecting the company would apologize and rectify the situation. Instead, they provided me with a link to the product I wanted stating, "Please see link below if you would like to order item # G98204." However, it was the exact same link I had used to place my order, thinking I had purchased item G98204. So the company is providing me with the same link I used to make my order and at the same time informing me that this is the link I should have used to receive the product I wanted and thought I was getting. I emailed them back letting them know this was the link I had in fact used. At this point, the company called me. They let me know that there had been a "mistake" on the product page which they had since corrected by adding more pictures. However, they continued to inform me that it was my mistake and I did not select the correct item. I let them know that even though they had added more pictures, the description is still quite specific naming the actual product numbers (there was a dropdown allowing a padded vs non-padded selection). At this point, I was told again that I had ordered the product I received and I was welcome to place another order for the product I wanted. I am seeking a refund because they did not send the item specified.
