    This company has to be the worst company in the world to deal with! I spent 1.45 hours on the phone one day being bounced around for department to department. At the end they sent me back to bill where I first started out. I wanted an answer for 2 charges to my CC. In the end they told me to call my insurance company! They had all the wrong dates for my CPAP delivery and was insisting I received it 4/24 when in fact it was 4/10/23. They screwed me when replacing the recalled ******** machine claiming they never got medicares letter. I sent them a copy. Who knows where it wound up, the response I got it was received too late. I wound up paying for a new machine,In the end I called my CC and told them to decline any recurring payments from them. That got their attention. I received an email stating payment was declined. Next doctor visit I am hoping he has another company I can deal with.

    Terrible customer service with transferred calls and finally disconnected calls. They want to charge over $1000 for an air mattress they delivered because they said they delivered one last year and it's a repeat order with ********* They didn't ever deliver an air mattress or put the claim into ********* I have spent hours on the phone trying to correct this issue. I get transferred multiple times and finally disconnected. Beyond frustrated.

    I am trying to get my wheelchair tires replaced due to wear and my one tire splitting so I cannot use the wheelchair. I had my wheelchair battery replaced and was informed that they were ordering the tires. I received a phone call from adapt health stating my order was received and i would receive another phone call about my scheduled appointment date. It has been a week and have not received that phone call yet. I am in desperate need of this to be fixed since I cannot go to necessary doctors appointments without the issue being addressed. I have called but have not received a response.

    A wheelchair and other medical supplies were ordered from my ******** *********** Facility and were delivered the next day. I was contacted by this company requesting my credit card information for payment, which I promptly provided since I am ***** of ******** for my father. However, *************** Facility subsequently advised me that ******** would pay for the equipment. I attempted to call Ocean Home Health and they could not provide any information as to why I was being billed instead of ********. After numerous telephone calls, including two calls where I was hung up on, I had to contact my credit card company to block my credit card to stop the bills from Ocean Home Health. This company is a disaster! Do business with a reputable organization.

    The *********** ordered a ****** for my mom. I was told I would receive an invoice with the delivery of the ******. Instead, they signed me up for Auto-Pay and E delivery without my permission. In addition, when I signed an iPad for receiving the ******, unbeknownst to me they used my signature to say **** signed up for the following -that they gave me several booklets( they did not) , that I agreed to be contacted by marketers at my cell phone number and email address, that I received various statements and Patient booklets, that they could use my credit card for recurring purchases (did not say they could save my info), and that they did a home assessment. All false. I tried emailing them back but their emails are no replys and I completed a. Contact Us form on their website because I am horrified since the tech did not tell me that my signature was used for all those things.

    I received my C-Pap supplies a couple of weeks ago. The Velcro straps that secure my facemask and a new water chamber was missing from my order. I tried to call the company but they were closed. I reviewed the customer reviews and saw a review dated 7/7/23. This looks very suspicious to me that I am having the EXACT same problem over 2 months later. I am very disappointed in the poor service that this company has rendered to me over the past couple of years since my provider was changed from NBN a couple of years ago.

    zero stars needs to be an option. bills for services not rendered. calls clarifying it is cleared up are futile because the bills still keep coming. all efforts to clear them up after that are a waste of time. and then they state they are past due. company is clearly not legitimately billing customers and once you are in the system they try to get you . company needs to be investigated. stay away

    I recommend trying ANY other vendor if you are in need of a custom wheelchair or seating system. Ocean Home Health received rehab professional recommendations, had a wheelchair professional measurements made and all was signed off on by the physician. Ocean HH then sat on the order and did not submit to ******** for authorization until family called and after speaking with several people, Ocean HH was still unable to provide a status or a reason for the delay in submitting to ********. Hours on hold, clicking on voice prompts, being transferred to voice mails of staff who left for the day. But, they will call with more info next week.

    The only reason it is one star is because there were no zeroes. My handicapped daughter, who is wheelchair bound, was ordered a power assist chair to the tune of $10000. I was the contact person. I had no contact with them after the order. I was told by the representative *********************** that he would go over everything when it was delivered, that he would even walk her down to her shopping center. It was delivered on a Friday night (6-7 pm) without me being notified. My daughter claims the delivery person went over how it works. This was not what was agreed upon. What kind of an outfit does this!!They are dealing with handicapped individuals who may need help. I believe she was over charged and taken advantage of.
