Order not received I ordered egg white protein on 10/16/23, the money was taken out of my account 10/17/23. Shipping was 4 to 14 days for $0.99. I waited 14 business days when I did not receive the item, I texted 11/6/23 with no response. I then sent a messenger message 11/7/23 with no response. Today, 11/8/23, I emailed **** stating, if the item was not shipped yet, I would like to cancel the order or if it has shipped, when can I expect to receive it. He replied stating he will cancel the order. I wish there was a customer service to talk to, but there is only text, messenger or email to contact *********Also, I don't know what the hold up was for such a delay. If it is due to low supply, maybe note on your website that there is a high demand and that it could take longer that 2 weeks or whatever the time frame might be. Just a suggestion. ??Now to wait and see when the money goes back into my **********/13 - still waiting on my refund.11/14 - still waiting on my refund. I received my order from this company on 5/29/2021 and it was missing an item. I reached out immediately to the company via email, text, and their Facebook page. I heard back 6/3/2021 with a "Hello. yes, sorry for the delay."I decided to wait a day for shipping updates and never received one so I have followed up every other day since then and still no response whatsoever. Given the time frame this is absolutely unacceptable and it seems like it's a one person company given the all the contact information and customer service info.Stay away from this company. You can order similar products elsewhere and not lose your money and not fall for the hype and extravagant claims. Don't make the same mistake I did!
