I bought a computer, it was in good shape, but was older than I realized, and with the artwork I planned to use it for, thought it too old. I wrote the Itech folks, they were understanding and gracious, sent me all the return info I needed and refunded the money right away, even when I had had it a little longer than the return cutoff. I understand that as a refurbished device, blemishes and imperfections were to be expected, unfortunately, my **** Chromebook had significant scratches in the center of the screen. I returned the unit and feel that I should have had the return shipping charges paid by iTech, however, the shipping charges were ultimately paid by me. Additionally, I had to follow up with customer service to receive the expected refund approximately one month after they received the Chromebook. For these reasons, I would have given one star. However, ***'s customer service was exceptional and professional and deserves five stars for promptly responding to my messages and expediting my purchase refund. Thank you ***!Review from Jerry M

What an awful experience this has been with itechdeals. They sent us 2 non-working iPads and were very responsive to emails asking when they would be shipped, but they have no interest in helping us return them. After 4 emails from me, finally I got a response and they sent me a return label for a totally different item. Every email Ive sent has had the order number and stated problems with the iPads. They are an absolute nightmare to work with and I would stay away from this company.Review from Jackie L

The business sold me an iPad with deceptive advertising. When I got the refurbished item, I realized that software updates were no longer supported for this generation and apps could not be installed with the older software. The IPad itself was in good condition and looked brand new. The company refunded my money without any hassle, but I had to pay my own shipping and the process took several weeks.Review from Alan S

I did not need to use **** Service so this review is of the product (LinkSys WiFi Extender ****) Quick, free **** delivery, pristine condition, refurbished item with original documentation, worked flawlessly - excellent value on a not-cutting-edge but pretty current WiFi Extender - meets my needs completely, connected to either of the *** routers I tried it with.Review from Cat M
