PINE BELT NISSAN SELLS *******. I bought a car (NISSAN ROGUE)2018 with ***** on it since day 1 i have had nothing but issues. Its been in the shop literally 5 times for the same same issue. TRANSMISSION, BUMMPER HANGING OFF, ALL WHEEL DRIVE DOES NOT WORK, THE PASSENGER DOOR IS HOLLOW, AND AS I DRIVE MORE AND MORE THE *** GETS WORSE, IT HAS 80K ON IT NOW ITS A LITTLE OVER 1 YEAR THE LAST TIME I BROUGHT IT IN, **** THE SO CALLED MANAGER TREATED ME LIKE I WAS A 5 YEAR OLD HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR HIS COMPANY OR HIMSELF. *** THE TRUE MANAGER CALLED ME. HE WAS EXCEPTIONALYY NICE AND WENT OUT OUT HIS WAY TO HELP. UNFORTUNATELY TO NO AVAIL. TO THIS DAY THE *** IS STILL A ****** I REFUSE TO SEND ANY ONE THERE TO BUY A *** AND I HAVE CALLED CORPORATE THEY ARE TRYING TO HELP BUT SINCE IT IS AN independently OWEND DEALER THERE IS NOT MUCH THEY CAN DO. I AM GIVING YOU ALL WARNING BE***EFUL DEALING WITH THEM I HAVE CALLED BBB ALSO. NO ONE REALLY ***ES. BUYER BEWARE IS ALL I CAN SAY. MY NEXT STEP WILL BE TO PUT A SIGN ON MY *** THAT SAYS PINE BELT NISSAN IN KEYPORT ** SELLS LEMONS. THANKS FOR LISTENING AND PLEASE BE ***EFUL. Negative 500 rating if possible. Bought new 2021 nissan sentra. Car was recalled due to faulty inner tie rod. Brought it in and informed not inner tie rod but entire steering rack with **** repair estimate. Local mechanic claimed only inner tie rod. He actually spoke with dealership when trying to order part. Technician insisted not tie rod, needs steering rack. Found out inner tie rod part has been on back order for months. Part not available anywhere. Brought back to dealership. Refused to even look at car again. Insisted driving rack needed replaced. Found part online after attempting to order from 10 online vendors cost of 36. Local mechanic installed for 50 labor. Car is running fine now. Did not need **** repair. Nissan headquarters refused to listen only inner tie rod repair needed as well. Found out inner tie rod is included in steering rack which explains why inner tie rod recall was not even addressed. Zero empathy or even considering maybe local mechanic is correct. Car was shaking every time I drove to work. Could easily lose steering any moment. Their solution was I could rent a car from them until my issue was resolved. Guarantee if car was under warranty the cheaper solution would have been attempted. They seemed happy to inform me I needed **** repair for a car with 65k miles. *** to mention power windows only work driver door. Was told I get 3 free oil changes with my new car purchase. Tried to charge me first time I brought it in. Bought new car to avoid expensive repairs. Complete opposite situation.Cant wait to trade this piece of c*** in. First and last Nissan I will ever purchase. Dealership only wants as much money as possible. Woke up stressed out every morning for weeks until I was able to locate the part and have fixed on my own. They have zero empathy, clueless and bureaucratic. Cant believe they are still in business with the business model and culture of this place.Review from Terri F

We bought a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee in July 2023 for 46k.When we were finished with the paperwork abd the dealer was closing, our salesman, ********************* walked us out and handed us only 1 key fob. We told him this was not disclosed and was unacceptable. He promised to get another fob and call us to come in and have it programmed. Over the next several Weeks we were given the run around by ********************* and his Manager *******************************. On our last call with ***************************, he gave us a number to call to have a key fob made at our expense. This dealership only cares about the sale and doesn't honor their word. The worse place to go with your car I heard a noise in my car I went to ***** in ***** ** I told them I feel like I was getting a flat tire and they told me I needed a clamp put on a rubber piece of the car behind the tire. ***** tied up the rubber piece i left there and went to another ***** for I still heard the noise he agree that it was this rubber piece. they told me that I had to go to Nissan for I needed a clamp the rubber piece. ***** said there is a Nissan right across the street on route 36 in Keyport **. At first the guy said there is a 4 hour wait unless I want to come back in the morning so I did that. When I got there they took the car in the back when they were done I notice the guy had the hood up and was checking and the lady said they do a car check to be sure everything is ok. So when the mechanic was done I asked him to take the car for a ride to see if he hears a noise for the noise sounded like a a tire was going flat. So he took the care for a test drive and He said the car is in perfect condition. I ask how much /is it to replace the rubber piece in the car and the parts department said he would call me. He called and I was a block from the dealership and I told the gentleman that the noise is still in my car he said he could give me appointment in 2 weeks he could care less.. The next morning I had to go to brick and the noise on the car was so loud and now the car is shaking. I went to a small mechanic near on route ************************************************************************* for a rim, rotor, screws and log nuts and I put brakes on the front also. Meanwhile all I could remember is Nissan did a check on the car and took it for a ride and told me the car is in great condition with no noise. Where is this mechanic from? My fiance and I purchased a 2020 Nissan Parhfinder. We wanted a different pathfinder but the car salesman, ***********************, pushed us into this car. He promised us new tires, new brakes, and the car would be detailed and cleaned prior to picking up. He also stated the car has Apple car play, and that we can purchase a second key fob, and if theres issues with the car or we arent happy with it we have 60 days to return it. (LIES) We picked the car up the following Monday, no Apple CarPlay, no new tires, and no key fob, and the car was filthy. Brought it back that Saturday for the tires and key fob and Apple CarPlay, and they only had 2 tires. The manager of the store called on that Monday 6/26 and promised the key fob, and tires would be in the next day and they were. However the apple CarPlay would be 4-5 business days. It is over 2 two weeks and the Apple CarPlay is still not in. In addition to all the headaches, lies, and excuses, my Bluetooth barely works in the car, the hatch has to be slammed to close properly, and theres a rattling noise in the front passenger side. All they have to say at this dealership is we can give you a loaner car. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIES, HEADACHES!!Review from WILLIAM W

2018 Nissan Murano ****** Mi. has been to dealer three times for water leaks into vehicle first time no charge second ***** $214.50 third time $1861.53 I see this as a factory defect and full refund is needed .To take advantage of women over 65 Yrs should be a chrime service advisor last said water leaks are NOT COVERED We now have a car with ****** Mi and NO TRUSTING PLACE FOR REPAIRS NEXT STEP BBB Thank YouPine Belt Nissan of Keyport Response

We apologize that the Murano is not meeting your expectations, water leaks caused by environmental debris are not covered by any warranty unfortunately. I do see that your last visit with ** was in November 2022 where your sunroof track failed. Since you were out of warranty, we contacted the factory on your be-half. Fortunately they provided goodwill so you wouldn't be responsible for the whole repair. Warning! This dealership is lying when they say they dont have an adjusted market price and are not charging above MSRP!! I called this dealership and they claimed "we NEVER charge above MSRP." the representative even wrote me an email that stated they never charge above MSRP and the only other fees are $395 documentation fee, registration, and taxes. I was very excited about the deal and wanted to buy it. The first time I realized this dealership was a hoax was when the salesman called me and i asked him to confirm the price of the car. He said that above what the email told me, theres another random fee of $350. I explained to him that I have an email which states clearly the breakdown of the price and that the $350 fee was not included. He said "the person who sent you the email isnt a sales representative so she doesnt know the fees." Well, if you have someone working for your dealership sending out emails of the fees, YOU BETTER MAKE SURE SHE KNOWS THE **** THAT ARE INCLUDED! But even worse is what happened next. I wanted to finance the car, so Pine belt nissan ran a credit check. They then gave me the breakdown of the monthly fees, which seemed really high. I asked him how high the interest rate was, but he claimed he had no way of knowing. I did the math myself and realized he was giving me an interest rate of over 6%! I had already called a few other banks beforehand and they all offered me an interest rate of about 3%! I asked the salesman why the interest was so high, and he responded with something shocking: "WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO MAKE OUR MONEY BACK IF WE ARENT CHARGING ABOVE MSRP, SO INSTEAD WE HAVE A HIGH INTEREST RATE!!!" so i responded that instead of financing the car, ill buy it out cash so i dont have the high interest rate, and guess what he responded: "if you buy the car for cash value, then we DO charge $2,000 above MSRP!!!!" What liars! JUST MINUTES BEFORE YOU CLAIMED YOU NEVER CHARGE ABOVE MSRP! Horrible dealership!Review from David M

Least several cars from this dealership recently I went back to lease another one we communicated by phone I was told they can't get to where I want to be Price wise. I asked them even though I'm a loyal customer you still can't get there I was told no. I called around found the place that gave me the deal I was looking for and I never step foot in this dealership before how can a place that I dealt with for years not match or beat the price of a dealership I never been to before. And I made the mistake of calling pine belt to explain my situation and all I got was an attitude from some so-called lady manager.Review from Jeffrey H

The ** never worked. 60 degrees you would freeze63 degrees you were feeling like the *************. Fast forward.Nissan ***** ************ train issues after 1 MONTH!!!! Doesnt like to shift out of first, the trim in the passenger seat fell off. Knocking under the hood. And Nissans response. Its your problem its under warranty we will look at it. But its your car and your problem. I will repost this every day and many platforms until my voice is heard. *** made complaints with not only the dealership, but also the regional office and the BBB.AND WHEN THE **** MANAGER SAYS GOOD **** AND HANGS UP ON YOUYES **** IM TALKING ABOUT YOU!!! *** ******* UNPROFESSIONALYOU DONT DESERVE A JOB!!!!This company deserves to be blasted for not taking care of customers for the vehicles they sell from their lot!!!
