The experience with Metro Honda sales was horrible. I got my car loan approved by a bank before I went to the metro Honda to see my options. They promised to give me a better rate if I got the loan with them. I accepted the offer thinking they would run my credit once. I found out later on that they ran my credit twice. They have software to run credit before sending the application to Metro Honda Finance to run another credit without informing their clients. This is unethical behavior and fraudulent actions toward customers. Furthermore, I drove the car for a day, and I saw tire pressure and engine light on the dashboard. I took back the car for a replacement and was told that I signed the contract and that they couldnt exchange the vehicle, yet only correct the issue. ********************* is an outstanding advisor. Transparent about all costs and always helpful. I typically would go to a regular mechanic because the dealer can be costly but she makes the experience worth it. Consumer fraud. I will be placing a lawsuit against this facility, metro Honda in *********** due to the fact that this company falsified my and my daughters signature on a contract which I never read or acknowledged when I showed up they told me that I should take the deal since they got a lower price for me. This is unethical and I feel violated. I have never agreed to anything on this contract and I refuse to make payments on it. I will be proceeding with a lawsuit against metro Honda and whomever I need to, and be pressing charges for falsification of identity And identity theft along with FRAUD! This company is extremely unethical, and it should completely be audited by the law to see who else they scammed. I will be going full force with my lawyers to make this right. I should not have to make any payments on something that I did not agree on, and that one of these or many of these employees conspired to get this loan approved by any means necessary even against my wishes of being named the primary loan holder.Review from Steve P

I went over there with a few members of my family to they wanted to buy a New Honda Crv Hybrid, They left a substantial amount for a deposit & 1 used to ask for a lil professional courtesy since I was a former manager in the biz, We live & work up there now, it's been several weeks with out a car, my family went over to get their deposit back today & they gave her an excuse, so Monday I'm contacting my attorney, better business bureau, Honda corporate. What happened to being a professional & honest? I'll get their $ back I'll be sure to share on ********* radio show & on all social media pages what happenedReview from Vic M

I bought a used 2016 ****** Forester from Metro on 10/25. There were a few issues with it that I was promised would be taken care of at the dealer's expense. Between purchasing the car and my service appointment the engine started to smoke after about 20 minutes of driving. After informing Metro about the issue, I was told that they wouldn't even service the car for the small things I had been promised. After taking the car to the ****** dealership that last serviced it, I was told that when the previous owner last came for service the engine had suffered catastrophic damage from overheating. Metro must have known about the issue if they did a thorough inspection of the car before/after purchasing it from the previous owner.Metro Honda purchased this car, "inspected it" and then sold it to me as if nothing was wrong with it. When I tried to speak to the ** or sales manager, I was avoided and now the dealership won't even pick up calls from my number and I'm stuck with a car that needs a new engine less than two weeks after purchase. Took 2 hr ofr a oil change, and despite of me taken an appointment prior and in line the 5 car that morning, other people were let ahead of me. And the agent tried to sell me a $2225 break oil change for a 2011 Honda accord. That is prepsoterous, such a bad service and experience. Purchased a brand new Honda Pilot and it was delivered with the steering wheel crooked/cocked to the right. The dealer the car came from is 2 hours away in ******** and was delivered to me in **********. I drove the car home after work and it was dark out so I didnt notice the steering wheel but I felt something was off. The next day I drive my vehicle in the day light and noticed when I keep my hands at 10 & 2 that the car would steer to the left. This is when I noticed the issue. I called metro honda and they told me to bring the car in right away. An hour after I dropped it off, they told me I would have to pay to have the steering wheel centered/wheel alignment. I refused to pay because I just put $5,000.00 down ona. Brand new vehicle which shouldnt have any issues. I called corporate and they advised me to speak to the service manager. He didnt want to come out of his dark little office to speak with me. Instead, they just brushed me off. I called the dealer that the car came from and they advised me that the dealer is just being spiteful and doesnt want to perform the work due to the fact that it was sold through them. I received horrible customer service at this dealer and am waiting for corporate to contact me regarding the claim I filed. Left the dealer driving an unsafe vehicle which I will be returning if this doesnt get rectified.Review from Waheed D

Zero customer service manager Zero customer service trying to sell cars $4000.00 offers marketing prices and after I give them pad reviews he did call me to make changes in my reviews it's not professional
