A nightmare trying to do business with this company. After going through the process and trying to provide a specific requirement from my trust they dragged their feet and made it impossible to communicate with them that the application time period expired. Only plus in having to start over is I will do so with another company. The toll free number is useless as they do not know what they are doing and if you ask to speak with a supervisor they take a message!Review from Crystal J

I refinanced my home loan and it was with supposedly Homebridge Financial Services as Service Mac being the servicer for this company. I was in a forberance, do to covid and I own a 4plex and have tenents that were not working due to covid so I asked for help that I received however service mac didnt honor my forerberance and I was foreclosed upon. This is unjust andI am taking legal action against Homebridge Financial and Service Mac. These companies aka the bank needs to be aware you cant mess with peoples lives and homes without a fithg and this is what is coming/; Please stay clear of Homebrige Financial and Service Mac as servicor of loan. Thankis so mch.*****************************

Keep contacting me about an expired/expiring home warranty secured by Homebridge Financial Services **** I have no knowledge of a home warranty with them ever and from the reviews that I have just read I dont want to have any thing to do with them. They have been sending the same letters since June and if I have ever had any business with them they should have canceled the service by now.Review from Chris M

Do not attempt to apply for a loan with REMN! Buyer BEWARE! Horrible communication and jumping through hoop after hoop after hoop with nothing resolved. They give excuse after excuse as to why the ***** cannot be completed even when you have submitted every document needed. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else. Do not recommend! This loan should have been a slam dunk for a competent company!Review from Qiana J

I thought I wanted to be apart of obtaining the "******** Dream" by purchasing a home. Homebridge Financial Services, Inc. turned this dream into a Nightmare. They misapplied my mortgage payment and did not inform me of this mistake. So going forward I was always a month behind and this was reported to the credit bureaus. Before fixing their error, my account was transferred to another service company. Upon transferring the account, Homebridge transferred the erroneously information to the new company and now they are also reporting to the credit bureaus 30 days late. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!Review from Travis L

Weve searched using the alleged borrowers name, however no results confirmed we have a relationship with *******************************. I started refinancing with homebridge 6 months ago and realized I have slowly been taken advantage of starting in. 2018. It has effected my life in more ways than I care to mention, thanks to the vast negligence in which you conduct business. No one will answer my calls or emails since they no longer have their mistake to hide behind. Be cautious using this company, it could cost you dearly as it has me.Homebridge Financial Services, Inc. We would first like to apologize for any inconvenience the borrower may have experienced due to this issue. We can confirm the borrowers credit reporting has been corrected and does not reflect any adverse credit reporting between the time periods of September 2021 through January 1, 2022. We can also confirm a wire in the amount of $1,609.06 has been sent to the borrowers mortgage company as of 12/09/2022. A few months back I refinance my home Homebridge Financial Services, they are the worst customer service, they wouldn't enroll in your forbearance program until the end of last month's forbearance program. They sell my mortgage to another company on October 1, 2021, and the forbearance program ending September 31, 2021.Review from Joel I

My real estate agent asked me to switch to them, so I did. I mention to the broker I had previously been pre approved for ****% interest rate and she told me she would be able to provide the same. She did not mention she had applied "discount points/fees" to get there, and I did not find out until the week of closing which ended up costing me an additional $2,000. I am a first time home buyer and I believe they took advantage of me at every opportunity especially after talking to recent home buyers. I would avoid using this company at all costs.Review from Sean M

DO NOT USE HOMEBRIDGE. Ever since my loan closed, I get solicitation mail every day, sometimes TWICE A DAY. I also get their solicitation emails. I have called in and they transferred me in circles until I was transferred to a different company who had never heard of me. I emailed my loan officer and he basically said it wasn't his problem. He had already gotten paid so he didn't need to put in any effort anymore. All this after a mediocre experience AT BEST. "
