      I only started going to this location because the dealership where I purchased my car was sold and my vehicle records were only available at the **************** location. Since bringing my car to them, I've had nothing but headache after headache. I brought the car in because of an engine hood light initially. Needless to say, I had to bring the car back to them two more times and they still did not fix it properly. The light is back on again. On another occasion, I had a problem with rain water leaking into the car, that left a pool of water on the driver's side. They took weeks to get the car back to me and when they did, the passenger side seat belt was dangling because they did not bother to put it back in; dirty fingerprints were all over the paneling; the side panel between the two seats was half off; and paneling in the trunk area was thrown into the back of the car and not put back from whence it came. They seem really friendly until you have a problem and then they try to talk you around in circles--even screaming at you. All I want now is to be reimbursed the money I paid for them to fix the hood, so that I can take it somewhere else and have it fixed properly. I've already had a conversation with you ****. If you want to correct the situation you can reimburse me so that I can take my car somewhere else and get it fixed properly. You had 3 opportunities to fix the problem with the car's hood and failed each time. Not to mention after my last experience (see above) I have no interest in coming back to your dealership.Response from the owner 3 weeks ago Hi ***************, We appreciate you taking the time to bring this situation to our attention.
