It's not slander to tell people one's experience with a contractor for which I have all the text messages to show and back up what I've written in my review of *********However, it is slander to make up lies about people and post them publicly as **** has done here in his 2nd response. For example, if I had posted that **** came to the job drunk every day that would be a lie. And posting it publicly would be slander. If I posted that **** came to the job high as a kite every day that would be a lie and considered slander. (Do you see the difference ****? You seem to think that being a keyboard warrior makes me afraid of you. It does not.)Does he really think that responding like this so that other people can see it - for which he has posted outright lies - will bring him business? We never denied knowing about his surgery (I mention it in my review) and had been willing to work with him but at every contact he found a way to push us off or not come finish the job. This has been the point of my review. Still he continues to make personal attacks. My review stands as a warning to others about working with this man. I take screen shots of all of it. Had I seen the review on Yelp by someone else who experienced this same kind of behavior we would not have hired him.

Yes I had surgery oct 15 2023 you and the moron wanted to waste my time because I refused to help him install fake beams for free . Price was given and agreed on . I worked on the siding and completed it . You wanted to wait . Im not dropping a paying customer to come running to your house when you are ready . You wanted to wait 6 weeks good . Now it doesnt get done till ** released from my physician to go back to work . I offered you back 500 from the original deposit of ***** . Your blue collar husband wanted back ***** . Sorry you nor him will *** from me . Remove existing siding patch in plywood and install 3/4 insulation board then install 1 sq. Of siding . I purchased all the materials running around getting them . Next day with my helper doing the work . For ***** dollars youll both have a better chance of seeing god before I give you the ***** you were demanding and threading me for . I do t work for free just like the blue collar man Im sick of your name calling which you removed from ***** As soon as I met you both I should have walked away after the way you talked about the previous contractor . You both should be ashamed of yourself. But i can see ingnorance runs deep there .i made window jams for *** that he was unskilled to do Installed crown molding that you loved all for free and out of kindness and it was my materials . . So cut the lies and move on . Youre both rude nasty people . . With your bullying and nasty remarks . Go to therapy .

**** does not like to give anyth*** in writ*** (like a legal estimate), doesn't provide his ins cert that he says he will provide (& was asked for) & tries to avoid be*** paid by check. We told him from the start we couldn't do the window right away because of space issues & the liv*** room reno needed completion first. We were quoted $3,875 & we paid a $2,000 deposit on Aug 9th. He completed the first part on Aug 14th - install*** sid*** on a small portion of our ********** agreed to contact him when we were ready to do the window. He informed us he had a big deck job com*** up & we knew he had surgery scheduled in Oct. Not once did we ask him to reschedule his surgery - just asked him to put us on his schedule as soon as he could. He keeps harp*** on the 6 wks btwn when we paid him the deposit & when we contacted him 9/29, but since we contacted him 9/29 say*** we are ready when you are he has found reason after reason to not come do what he agreed to. Jan 7th **** is long enough to str*** us alond & we have asked for $1,000 to be returned. He claims my husband spoke to him in a certain manner which is why he won't do the window, so in full disclosure - after months of giv*** us all the different stories - my husband said he just wanted the f-*** window in. If **** is offended by that let's discuss the curs*** he did in front of me & AT his helpers. Talk*** like that doesn't bother him so why does that bother him now? (Note: There is another review on Yelp by a ***** that is also very tell*** about this man's character.) He then sent a text claim*** our "neighbor" warned him about us? Would this be the neighbor that he upset because he was know***ly block*** the ***ress/egress of the shared driveway? I already have the neighbor will*** to go to court & swear she never talked to **** about us. I have filed a complaint with ** Consumer Affairs. Steer clear of this dude. You will be better off.

******* youre really going out of your way to slander me . You were to lazy to move things from a wall to have the window installed. I even offered to help . But your blue collar husband works to much . You had 6 weeks to get the job completed. I informed you that I was having surgery Oct 15 2023 . You waited till the second week of Oct to call and get the window installed . Sorry I couldnt leave my existing project to come running over to your home . I offered you back 500 after your loud mouth husband stated to curse and to all loudly . He may have won your heart over to get you I view myself more highly then that . You also with the name calling . You and *** are both theives . You anted back **** dollars of a **** dollar project . I done the siding work and paid for the materials. And about your payment. I said pay me in check . Because you had to drive to your mommys house to get the cash you apparently didnt gave on hand . And didnt seem up for the drive . I went above and beyond for you . Im tired of these f false accusations by you and your husband. I was more than generous to offer you back 500 on work that was already performed. Your husband wants to get loud and nasty with me. Its not working told you to get someone else now I see why your previous contractor walked off your job because youre both worthless try to s**** over a hard-working, blue-collar man . *** even mentioned I was going to be out of work after surgery. He had his knees done . Your window would have been installed this weekend . You want to talk down and start with name calling . Im not comfortable working for people of your kind . Make sure you find other outlets to bad mouth me . You will be hearing back from my attorney.

******* . Youre right . I did yell at my worker. You had a disgusting habit of walking 1/2 naked opening up blinds so you could pretend to we werent outside the windows working. My worker and myself was appalled. It was absolutely disgusting seeing you strut around trying to look cute or in your mind **** . You dont need a ********* you need a therapist. I **** up a proposal . Youre just going out of your way to bad mouth me . Yes a deposit was given of ***** dollars . Our agreement was to install a window , remove 1 square of aluminum siding patch plywood , install 3/4 insulation board , tyvek . Then new siding and soffit . Which I paid for all materials. From the deposit , materials cost me over ****** dollars . I worked for 1 1/2 days with my helper . You and Your husband wants back ***** dollars . Im not giving you that . I offered 500 . You and your ignorant husband talking down to me by cursing then insisting I never heard him yell yet . You with your remarks . Im not working for you and have that right . Job was started in end of August, beginning of September. Total cost of job was ***** , **************. *** asked if I could do better if he paid cash I mentioned Ill include materials and he agreed . After deposit was given thats when he changed his mind about doing everything at once . I was expected to wait till you were ready . That was almost 6 weeks later . You both knew I had surgery scheduled on the 15 of October. During the waiting time I was working for another customer. You expected me to drop what I was doing leaving him left aside to come running to you . Sorry it dont work that way . We agreed to wait till January. The window would have been installed this weekend Jan. ***** . You and *** want to act disrespectful Im not working or dealing with it . Thanks again
