Another unfortunate situation where I had no choice in this moving company, as I went through a broker. My items were picked up on July 27 and it is now October 7 with no delivery. Promised delivery multiple times but nothing. Business has ******************************************************************** breach of contract. Very frustrating process, terrible communication and professionalism. Would never use this company if I had the choice.

Quite the racket. Do not use ************* shipping and if anyone sends you Deluxe movers, send them away. Deluxe is not honest. Have plan B ready and do not use these guys! ! Yes, they MORE THAN DOUBLED my square footage estimate. They lied and misrepresented delivery. "Oh, our truck is ready to be loaded with your items, then head right out". Didn't happen. No one ever answers their phone. STAY AWAY!

** to ** - told delivery would be between 3 to 5 days - delivered on the 9th day.A specific list of furniture and boxes with sizes was sent to the moving company, yet this company more than doubled our cubic footage at our pick up date. When trying to explain to the movers supervisor, that the cubic footage was incorrect, the supervisor started to talk around it and hung up on me. In addition, when trying to file a claim for a broken computer desk and hutch, nothing. This company does not respond to calls, they have several addresses and phone numbers that they do not pick up. Unfortunately, I have to put a star, however I would give no stars to this company.

Worst service ever!!!! Nobody answers, there missing my tv and night stand. Everything I bought was brand new 6 months ago and now its all scratched. Would never hire them ever again

I am one of unfortunate ones to use this company not by choice . My one bedroom items were loaded by two Russians who did not know much English - so there was no two way conversation- he used an app in phone to say what he wanted but I got no answers . It has been almost a month since the items were loaded from ********** residence and we have not heard a word from the agent or movers regarding the delivery .Very frustrating that these people are still in business and cheating and being used by agents - wonder if they are partners in crime . Feel like I am in a third world country.I would like to get my stuff back -

I signed with a moving broker, who took inventory from a photo of my six feet by twelve feet by eight feet storage room, which came to 576 cubic feet. The broker reserved 502 cubic feet which is 74 cubic feet short but the driver claimed another 74 cubic feet for another 148 cubic feet on top of the 502 cubic feet. Yes, some items had to be packed but not everything. I got charged for another 74 cubic feet which is impossible as seeing how my storage would not hold that much. The Deluxe Movers also are operating without ***** authority, meaning they do not have a registered D.O.T number nor ************* number and their insurance has been cancelled. Any contract they have with anyone, me included is null and void. I have not received my belongings and refuse to pay "hostage prices" to get my belongings. They were not even following the letter of the law with a **** of lading that should have been itemized, an itemized inventory of my storage, not allowing my friend to read the **** of lading through before telling him to just sign it, This company isn't stopping at scale houses because of the loss of their authority so they must take back routes. I demand my items to brought to me or to know the location so I know where to pick them up on my own,
