05/01/2021: I paid $140.00 for the contact lens examination. I did not receive a prescription this day. 05/15/2021: Given a trial pair of contacts. She gave me an eye exam with these contacts. I could not see clearly out of them. She ordered a new prescription. 06/03/2021: I came in and was given another trial pair of contacts. She gave me an eye exam with these contacts. She sent me home to allow them to adjust. 06/10/21: I explained that I could not see clearly and was experiencing double vision and a halo effect with the trial lenses. She examined my eyes and ordered a new prescription. 07/06/2021: I called and spoke with Ms. D. I asked for a refund because I was moving and she told me I would need to come in. 07/08/2021: Dr. H…refused to give me a refund and offered to write an eyeglass prescription. I did not feel the prescription would be accurate because I still could not see with her previous ones. She refused the refund, gave me a prescription dated 05/01/21.Business response

We apologize for the delay in completing the contact lens eye exam and fitting process. ******** Optical has approved the eye exam refund.
