I paid this company $950 and due to their lack of customer support and care I'm unable to close on a property they manage. Myself and mortgage broker have been trying to obtain information necessary for the closing for FHA and they failed to get us the information we needed. The primary issue is we had many calls and emails they simply did not read, response, or answer to and this has gone on now since late July. They haven't been responding until my attorney sent them an email yesterday. I would like for this company to make things right and return the $950 I spent for nothing.Business response

Please be advised that this complaint is inaccurate. As managing agent the association we manage the condominium association and do not coordinate mortgage approvals or real transactions. We charge separate fees for condo questionnaires and statement of account for closing. The fee is not 950.00.
We went over and above to provide documents that we are not required to do. The buyer was apparently trying to get on the spot FHA approval in a site not FHA approved. We or the Board have no control over lenders decisions but we did do the work. We cant return fees for work we did because the lender did not approve an applicant.
Perhaps you should have reported the lender for not pre screening the situation.
