Intermediate Appliance business installed a number icon board on a stove in June 2022, which cost 425$. The board failed within a few months and after numerous emails and calls, the company did nothing. No email replies, no return phone calls. Receipt can't for some reason be downloaded, but we have a copy of the bill.Business response

On June 20, 2022 ************** went to the home of ****************** to work on his whirlpool range. The complaint was that the bake button is not working. ************** put in a membrane switch. All of our parts have a two year warranty and we have 90 day warranty on the labor. We never heard from the customer again. The customer is stating that he sent emails to us and we did an extensive search and cannot find any correspondence from him. We also never received any telephone communications from him stating there was a problem. After receiving this complaint we immediately called him on December 7 leaving a message asking him to contact our office immediately to rectify the situation. We also called on December 11, December 12 and December 16 leaving messages with no reply. An email was sent to the customer on December 12 at ****** asking him to please contact this office. We want to rectify any problem that this customer has but we have not been able to communicate with him to wee what is happening.
