      I'm furious...The system switched my date from May 17th to April 21 which is today and I the phone number ss not valid and ***** gave me an alternate number which I cant get through to them either as i do not have a pin number for my reservation. I immediately tried to text them through their chat box and got an error saying oops something went wrong...yes it did, This is theft and not right and I have proof so I will be contacting my fraud department. What a scam.

      The worst !!! I booked thinking today's date was the next date. I realised my error and within 5 mins. called the 800 number. They said there was nothing they could do to help me. the Hotel would have to call back. I called the hotel and cancelled the reservation for that day and rebooked for the next day. Then I called the booking company back and said that I had cancelled the reservation ... they never responded. I went to the hotel the next day as planned and they said that I had already checked in. ...Apparently the booking company (hotels 4 teams) booked me into the hotel at 7:00 am and booked me back out at 7:01 am. This was blatant theft. I sent them a note voicing my displeasure and have had no response.I am Surprised Marriott allows themselves to be connected to an organisation like this and I will be voicing my disappointment with ******** as well, as I spend several thousand $$ a year with them.

      This is the worst company I have come in contact with. I booked a room at **************** in *********. After reading the reviews and looking at the photos I made the decision to book at another hotel still using the Hotel4Teams site. I booked a room at **********************. I cancelled my room at ****************...and the Hotel4Teams also cancelled my room at *** ** ** now they have over $700 in a matter of an hour. I called and spoken with a representative who booked me another room at *** * for another $421.00 and the rep said she would request a full refund.Hotels4teams does not want to.give me my money back instead they want to give me hotel vouchers. In the amount of $740.44. Unfortunately vouchers will not feed my family!! No one will call me back. I just needed a room...it should not cost me $1,161.88.This company is the WORST and I have read the reviews...many people have been ripped off by them with no resolution.

      TOTAL SCAM! Booked a few weeks in advance & received confirmation email. showed up for my daughters softball tournament, and was told that they did not have a reservation and the hotel was booked. Contacted customer service, she then sent basically a screenshot of something she had typed out, to the hotel email. Which meant nothing to hotel staff. After dealing with this for an hour she finally told me they would have someone contact me in 24 hours. And even tho I was not provided a room for the night, they were still going to take the $200 for the cost of the reservation, since I didnt cancel in time I explained over and over again that I did NOT want to cancel their was no reservation to even be canceled. At this point I realized it was a scam and I ended up having to cancel my debit card while in another state. 10/10 would NEVER recommend using this site!

      I had booked with hotels 4 team for a softball tournament and after several unsuccessful attempts to use their chat function for an answer I called in to their customer service line. After asking my question and the agent reaching out to the hotel he came back on the line and informed me he cancelled my reservation, even though I had not said anything about cancelling. I attempted to call back several times and the next agent I had confirmed he did cancel my appointment and they could rebook it at almost double the price. I told them I would rebook through a different site and I wanted a full refund since they had cancelled my reservation without consent from me and they said that I might get it back and they would submit a ticket. It is now three days later and my reservation still says confirmed and no refund has been sent. I called the hotel and they have said its been cancelled. This website is a complete scam.

      I booked a hotel for a dance convention in ******** the weekend of November 5. I was able to complete my stay at hotel. However, I received the **** from hotel which was more 50$ cheaper that whT traveluro charged me. When I contacted the company to be refunded. I received this email below. Traveluro is under no obligation to account to you or refund you in this regard. The hotels are collecting and remitting taxes to the applicable taxing authorities and Traveluro is not associated with the hotels in this regard.Additional Fees and Charges is an estimated amount that will be charged to cover service and additional fees paid by Traveluro to the hotel in connection with your reservation. The additional fees may include mandatory hotel-specific fees including, but not limited to, energy surcharge, housekeeping fees, and resort fees.       Hotels for Teams has been great for me and my family when looking to book hotels out of town for my daughter's travel softball team. We have received the best deals when comparing to other travel sites and haven't had any problems upon arrival to our destination. Thank you Hotels for Teams and keep up the good work!
