      I need the authenticity of my items verified with the verification sticker they provided when authenticating my item at the show after I paid for verification. This happened on numerous days during their show signings.

      On 4/3/2021 I ordered to autographs for ***************** on items that were submitted by me and return shipping. The total cost of ***** dollars. On 01/04/2022 I contacted the company via ******** messenger and was told that my items would be returned and I would be receiving a refund. I have not received either. The company has stopped responding to me via email, phone, or ******** messenger. I sent in a brand new baseball jersey that is valued at 150 dollars and an 11x14 canvas picture valued at *****.

      Mab-Celebrity is unresponsive to phone calls and emails since April 2021 about my property in their possession. The item is a **** *********************** game-used bat that was submitted with payment for autograph and inscription in January 2021. On February 11, Mab-Celebrity stated that the *********************** signing was postponed until April due to Covid. No word has been received from MAB since April, and 5 emails and 2 calls have gone unreturned. Please return my bat in the same condition, signed or unsigned. If unsigned, please refund my money too.

      A sports item was sent to the company for an autograph signing, of ***********************, autograph session did not take place. Item was never returned, no email response, no phone return calls. Numerous attempts made.It has been a year, the new number response says that item was sent to ******* Sports, I have yet to hear from anyone, I just want my item. *****************************

      MAB is in the business of acquiring signatures of sports and entertainment personnel. MAB will advertise they have an upcoming athlete signing and customers can send their items (often sports cards) to MAB get signed and returned, all for a fee of course. In early 2020 MAB was advertising signings for 3 athletes for which I was interested in acquiring their signature. I sent may cards, check, and $15 mailing fee to MAB ($205 total). They received the check and immediately cashed it on 8/11/20. As of today 7/12/21, they have made no efforts to return my cards or payment. I've reached out to them multiple times via email. They've responded that they have delays and postponements. After too many excuses, I requested they just send back my cards and refund for whatever signatures have not been acquired. They've stopped responding to my emails. They no longer pick up the phone. This does not seem like a legitimate business and should be investigated as a scam. Thank you

      I mailed a 2004 World Series 16x20 to get autographed by *** ********* last October. Several months passed and I found out that the signing was delayed by a month. Several months later in late March, assuming the signing had taken place I asked on the whereabouts of my item. My many inquiries fell on deaf ears until I finally received a reply from Rebecca. She said my item was left in their office due to some construction and that it would be mailed back to me with a refund. I have not received either and continue to be ghosted by MAB Celebrity Services no matter if I reach out by email and social media. Their phone number is out of service.
