Love love love my new siding and gutters. Magic Roofing did an amazing job and even painted my door and windows to match gutters. House looks like new. Thank you **** and team. Highly recommend them!

Highly recommend **** and his team at Magic Roofing and siding. They completely transformed my home and shed, which needed a lot of help on the outside and was damaged due to hail storms. **** helped me through the entire insurance process and was extremely knowledgeable. He and his crew were extremely professional and they completed both my siding and roofing and fully restored my shed in just a matter of days. They did a beautiful job and I love looking at their work every time I arrive home!! I couldnt thank them enough!! I am in need of a new fence soon and will be going with **** and his team to complete that job as well.

Roof is leaking - no response - installed less than 4 years ago. Called customer service multiple times - no response. Spoke to sales ************* who said somebody would respond - no answer yet. Three rains later - worried of damage to structure.

HORRENDOUS !! They came the other day, After calling and messaging them five times in one week, to look at some warranty work that needed to be fixed. The guy showed up did not speak english could not understand english and brought his 15 year old son to interpret !! And his son was not much Help with the communication. Needless to say nothing got done and I called the company ( ******* ) to complain and their response was.... "Sorry we need guy speak english"

Magic Roofing and Siding agreed to add decorative stone to the front of my house (7,500$) early August. I gave them a deposit of 2,250$ which they have cashed mid august. To date, Oct 24, Ive called the owners to either get my money back or a date to get the job done, several times. They answered the first time but dont answer any more. Small claims court? Lawyer?

Terrible company. Roof was installed in summer of 2020 and is leaking. Had another company come out to confirm the company didn’t replace my front roof they just laid new shingles on top of old and did a poor job with most of the work. Was supposed to get a warranty and itemized bill which never never happened. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. Don’t use them ever.

Magic Roofing & Siding has taken complete advantage of me. I hired this co to replace my roof in May of 2022. Manager Joe, came out to my house and checked my roof . I signed their contract to replace my roof cost $10,700. This would be financed with the bank Ally. When the roof job started and after all the shingles were removed, their foreman Louis told me that the entire roof needed brand new plywood due to my existing tongue and groove boards. He explained that if I wanted the warranty, then the entire roof needed brand new plywood. I was told it would cost $7,000more, otherwise the work will stop and I will lose the warranty. This was a huge surprise for me, considering Joe spent so much time to check my roof from inside &outside my attic. This co should have warned me about this situation, instead of threatening to shut down the work and risking my warranty. This is strong arm tactics, this is taking advantage of the customer. So I called Joe, and we agreed to place new plywood on the main house, but no new plywood on the garage. This would cost $3,262 extra. I have all the text messages confirming. I had to use text messages to document everything. There was no time to write up a new contract. After the roof work was completed, Ally Bank sent me the paperwork and the loan agreement, which was $400 higher than what Joe and I agreed . This company added $400 extra to the job with NO EXPLANATION. Nobody at this co contact me. After I tried to text, call, email Joe, Lousis and their office. In my opinion, this co has stolen $400 from me by added this amount to the loan without my permission. I have called Ally Bank to dispute the extra charges but they told me i contact with co. And this co has not provided me the warranty, which per the contract is due 20 days after constuction. I also to file a complaint with the State of Pennsylvania Home Improment Department ( their HIC#PA104506) & the State of NJ Comsumer Affair ( their license # 13VH07728500

New roof installed April 2022. The crew arrived early worked all day; polite, hard working and cleaned up nicely. Got a complete GAF system for a good price. **** is available and responsive for any questions. Highly recommended.

Magic replaced our roof last year and they installed aluminum capping this year. I found them easy to work with, fairly priced and they completed quality work.
