  THEY Just try to get you there. We made an appointment for a specific car. ***** called or texted us every single day if we will come? She called us the day of our appointment. We were really interested about this car and we took day off at work and we got there. We were so surprised when the young man who welcomed us ,without an apologize took us outside and started to ask us what kind car we are looking for.After a few minutes he announced to us that the our specific car is at the service . It was unacceptable. Don't go there!! They're unprofessional!!!

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They do very bad business, will give you the run around on contracts and promises made especially if it has to do with money. I cancelled my car warranty in 2/2024 and 4 months later still no reimbursement. Theyve lied and finessed me long enough. Everyone is negligent, incompetent, and deceitful. Never again.

  I bought a car and trade in my previous car on Nov 22, 2023. After many days and weeks and months complaining about the payoff of my trade-in and my expired temporary plates, I finally got a text from one of the Sales Manager stating that my trade-in was finally paid off on 01/30/2024. That was over 2 months later. Today it is February 12 and I still don't have my permanent plates. I am basically held hostage in my own house with temporary plates because I am tired of being stopped by police and give the same explanation and blaming the dealer and Motor Vehicles. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid purchasing a car at this location. I am completely frustrated, tired and unable to drive freely because of the complete negligence of this dealer.

  I bought an audi q7 2018 when i picked up the car it was Christmas eve 5 minutes before they close and because i drove 12 hours to pick the car and no time i told i well come back in 2 days to pick up the paperwork then i realized it was a triangle yallow light i asked the sales man what is is it something serious he said no stop by any audi dealer he well removed for u at no cost. It turned out it was a very serious problem it well cost thousands of dollars to fix and it take my 3 days driving home because i had problems driving over ******************************************************** another state to see a professional car shop the problem because a foulty dashboard to many errors plus software who responsible for safty was turned off do to foulty dashboard plus i had 4 different very old tires different sizes different kind which they charge me 2300$ to change them and fo some balance so i can go home even though i couldnt drive over 60 i called them i complained they promised to fix it almost 2 months they ignored my calls plus they charged me 4000$ for warranty i didnt ask for after all this a found out the engine has been replaced and the car reconditioned they keep holding my plat and registration because i wrote a review they they threatened me to take down or they well not fix anything witch i did but they mevet did fixed so i put back they are a big scam

  please save yourself the time and hassle dealing with parkwood. I went to parkwood sept 2023 to get a car it was up charged which i didn't make a big deal out of it i understand business none the less i finally see the car in person and find damages that wasn't showed online i even looked passed that because i really wanted the car i asked out of what i seen was there anything else wrong with the car i need to know i was told no , okay so i am a mechanic i so i know what to look for but i left my scanner and i live in pa 4hrs away so i finish the deal the very next day of getting the car home my check engine light came on and then this is where the trouble begins , i called to inform them and i got a complete run around for 2 weeks being told i was going to get a call back and nothing so i scanned the car found out the issue called them and let then know what was going on i was told the mechanic there went on vacation that i had to bring the car the following week but i wasn't going to chance it and something else go wrong so i fixed the issue myself now the cars running good but the plates are bout it expire in oct so i called to find out when the plate would be mailed to me and yet again i get a run around and nothing but excuses first they say its a insurance issue then license then the then dmv person out for lunch then the manager father passed here we are jan **** and i still have no plate getting pulled over everyweek because my temp tags expired in oct....

  8/11/23. I traded in my 03 **** Expedition. For 2015 Jeep Cherokee at Parkwood Auto Mall On 8/28/23. I return the Jeep to the dealership. Do to a knocking sounds coming from the engine. Now for two weeks the reception refused to *************. They were stalling. Waiting for the 30 day lemon law expired. Then on 9/9/23 I was given a call.I was told that" they couldn't touch my car until 9/11. That's when the warranty starts. Then the manager called me. He was all to happy to tell me the Jeep is your's. It's now 10/7/23. I still don't have my vehicle. I was just informed. I need a new engine. What a Nightmare!!!!!!!!!! How do you sale a vehicle that needs a new engine???????

  Awful. Positively awful. I have spent countless hours trying to get a straight answer to a simple question: where are my PLATES?? These people literally lie, obfuscate, make things up. I live in CT and was assured registering my car would be "no problem". (a) they did not know how to do it - did not know a VIN verification was needed, kept asking me for an emissions certificate, which is not the same thing. I researched and discovered it's a VIN verification and got the certificate within 2 days of being asked for it. Meanwhile, my temp registration has expired because they waited forever to figure this out - I innocently thought my plates were on the way (thought they would be waiting for me when I returned from a trip.). Bought the car end of April, now it's end of June, no plates, no answers, just fed lines of BS - people have stepped away, not in office, ***** site down, ***** en route, plates processed/on way, NO PLATES. I've been pulled over already and ticketed and am driving around trying to avoid state troopers. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life. Go anywhere but here. I could not even get them to verify that the oil had been changed before they sold me the car. I'll stick with actual dealers from here on out - certified pre owned is the only way to go. What they say about used car salesmen is true, in this case!

  I hate to see so many terrible reviews after Ive made my purchase. I purchase 2 vehicles with this dealership in March 2023, it is now the end of June and I still have not received proper registration or tags. Parkwood refuses to contact me back and when I do reach somebody I get the run around. They refuse to provide me with any answers, they never know whats going on with my registration or tags until I threaten to take them to court even then they have me speak to multiple people and none of them know whats going on. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, its a scam!

  This is the worst business I have ever dealt with they post cars for sale that they sold. They knew I had a 4 hr drive and from November 26th to December 3rd called and texted me to confirm I was going there to see the vehicle I inquired about. They also tried to tell me they talk to my loan company to charge me an extra 2% ** I didn't go threw their banks and that my bank said it was OK. Also they told me they sent the paperwork to my bank and never did. They also tried to play it off for an hr. While I was there that they were looking for the keys to the vehicle I was supposed to buy. They did lie after lie about stuff.

  Also I was willing to look into another vehicle from them since I did drive 4 hrs for a vehicle and the man that was helping us tried to tell me the person that was texting me was not from there company but it was also he ran my credit twice and I asked him not to run it anymore threw different banks he tried to tell me he only ran it once and when I went to show him my phone that he did it more than that he then admitted he did it to 2 banks. Also they tried to tell me they would make a deal because they were busy when I went in and told them I had proof they lied about everything before I got there since they informed me on the money part and said they sent the paperwork to the bank and I found out different ** I called my bank. They didn't do no deal but tried to run my credit to lower my score.

  I am very sorry to hear that you went though all of this. There is no excuse. I do want to let you know that the dealership is under new management. Unfortunatley there is nothing we can do in regards to the prior management. All I can say on our behalf, is that I hope you were able to find a vehicle to your liking and are enjoying it fully.
