    Got one bill that said 3rd attempt with a collections letter. It was never submitted to my insurance either. Now I have a blemish on my credit report!

    Sent my OB bills to collections without ever sending bill in the mail. Got ONE bill that said it was a 3rd attempt and after paying that one received collections letter in mail saying there was FOUR others past due. You have my address obviously!!!!! And online accounts never showed other balances when I paid the one I got.

    This place is a scam. They charge you less if you dont have insurance than if you do. The dont send you a bill until it is past due. Then their phones just send a busy signal when you try to call.

    I just received a bill that said "Third Notice"- never received a bill previously from them and then they say it was for a lipid test (cholesterol test) on my 24 year old son. Doesn't make any sense and I think it is not even a real bill. They have no insurance info and say it was for lab work at an urgent care when I know that my son did not go to one on that particular day. This place is shady and I am going to get to the bottom of it.

    Unethical business practices. BioReference Health continues to bill my company for services provided to patients who were referred to BioReference via my clinics. It was BioReference's responsibility to collect from the patients or their insurance carriers, but when they didn't follow through with the patients, they billed my company. They are now threatening legal action.

    I fasted for a blood draw. I went to the address provided in an email. It was closed. No signs. Nothing.

    I went to a Bio reference lab on Staten Island today 2/9/24. The technician who **** my blood, ***************************, was very professional and extremely gentle. She was kind and treated me in a very respectful way. She is an asset to your company.

    A normal 10 day blood test, took them 6 weeks to notify me that the original test was inconclusive. The billing department hangs up on customers intentionally. I called 5 separate days to attempt to have the *** reversed to self-pay. Bioreference claims insurance has to reverse; Insurance claims BioReference has to submit a request to reverse but BioReference refuses. Ended up overpaying by hundreds. Our family will never use Bioreference for lab ********* again.

    I've been billed twice for procedures. I've contacted them, requested a mailed copy ofy account, which showed that the current/redundant charges were payed in Dec '22, and Feb '23. Still, I was debited AGAIN for these charges.No one at my bank can tell me where those last/redundant charges were sent- except to bioreference health llc - which DENIED making them OR recieving them. PERIOD.
