We parked our car at the facility. We made a reservation and paid through a partner site. This was February 18th. When we went to pick up the vehicle, they claimed they had no reservation even though I showed them the receipt which clearly stated their business on it and they said they work with that company. They held my car as hostage until we paid them a second time directly. At one point even contacted the police, however they showed up after I gave up and paid as my poor family was already exhausted and traumatized enough. After I had called the police, they became verbally combative, and I do admit I lost my temper and yelled back. I reached out to the 3rd party and they were appalled by park2go's actions, and they did issue me a refund on their end. But the pure unprofessional behavior is not acceptable. Being yelled at by someone while I'm waiting for police officers was way too much. And watching my son get visually scared is not right! The owner or manager never reached out or came down. Just unprofessional from top to bottom. This company should not be in business!Initial Complaint

Upon returning from a trip where I left my car with Park 2 Go, I noticed a few things: First, the gas tank was full even though I had left it with about 3/4 of a tank; Second, the ** Pass tag was missing. Third, when I rolled up the windows, the car smelled like cigarette smoke. Finally, when checking my ** Pass account, I saw that the tag had been used at the ************** on August 14 while I was away. When I asked the staff person, they said to "Call *****" who was the person in charge. When I asked ***** how it was possible that any of these things occurred while Park 2 Go had possession of my car, he repeated he had no idea. He said maybe our ** Pass tag fell off the windshield (highly unlikely!) and it ended up on his desk in a pile of tags, which then someone may have used by mistake. He asked for my tag number so he could investigate, an offered no other solutions. I believe the evidence shows inappropriate use of my car while in their possession.Initial Complaint

I parked my car there on 6/22 and when I returned on 6/26 my car was hit. The car was in the same spot I left it and the passenger rear was all messed up. I reached out to the owner Frank and even dropped off my police report and estimate several weeks ago. He stated he needed to send everything to the corporate office and now he is not taking my calls or responding.
