Communication with everyone was on point!!My parents roof was just replaced and they did a phenomenal job. Their roof was leaking at certain places, some mold, and even a tarp was on the roof and they covered it all! The team worked hard, efficient, and got the job done in a timely manner. We would recommend them to all who we know and we would definitely use them again if any situation were to occur. Thank you to everyone who made it possible for my parents to get a new roof on their home!!!

Spring of 2022 we had a new roof put on my dad's trailer. Day one they were told not to walk on roof. They did and ended up going partially through kitchen ceiling. They slapped a coating on roof and left. The kitchen ceiling started to sag. After many phone calls they came out and realized the had to tear kitchen ceiling down, raise the roof and close ceiling in. That was done by an outsider and only thing done right. My father was going through chemo during this time. Had plastic up to keep dust and cold from him. Extremely stressful time for him.They also wrote off remaining balance but complained how much their error cost them out of pocket.This is a lifetime warranty unless a new owner comes in. (Way to stand behind your work, not)Fast forward to March 2024 roof isn't even 2 yrs old We ate selling trailer Contract and inspector came out said roof is trash, horrible job. Contractor says it needs to be completely torn off, inspector said it was a horrible job and needs patchwork.We had a buyer for the home who signed contract past 30 days but pulled out of deal because of roof Called surf and turf my calls weren't being returned. Was able to speak to the one person who has been stuck with the mess from beginning. He said roofs not leaking nothing more we can do for you. This is only 2 years old and the pictures I've reviewed of the roof should should embarrass Surf and Turf roofing.They don't care and are on to their next multiple jobs.Poor quality and workmanship Please help

From the internet search to the phone call to the salesman **** to ******* the receptionist to the crew this has been the best of the best . I put this off because of the stress but everyone at *********** Roofing made this as easy as possible . I went to work at 4 am came home at 1pm to a new roof oh what a feeling !

Everything looks wonderful. I love it you did a great job on *******. The communication with you guys once again was excellent. Didn't take long to do, they cleaned up everything very well. *********** went above and beyond in not only their service in replacing my roof, they worked very compassionately and supported me going through a very challenging situation concerning the solar panels !There was never any pressure in the process. They made me feel supported. Their workmanship is extremely impressive. They were precise and worked to make everything was perfect . The cleanup was impeccable! They made sure, since I have a dog, they nothing was left for him to get into and injured. My neighbors even commented that they are a wonderful company! I get so many compliments on my roof now! They really went above and beyond what their role is in replacing a roof. They really care about their customers and will work with you in all areas! Fabulous people and company! they were very easy to deal with from salesman to office and the techs that did the work I would like to especially thank the girls in the office for being so wonderful.

Amazing company. They came out and replaced my front run of gutters.. gave my house a huge face lift. **** and ***** in production were very helpful and attentive. Thank you for the beautiful new gutters!

They replaced my skylight quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up the work area well.
