      my bank statement says I paid ***** back on May 5th of 2023 for my order with Carol Wright. When I received my order there was a partial backorder, so I waited .okay. .. 3 MONTHS now, so I called them after I saw my contacting them ONLINE did no good. I was told that the 'backorder' (in disguise) actually amounted to a cancellation/discontinued and that my account was 'adjusted'', but they couldn't give me a date when that was done ! it was up to me to track it down in my bank account. I DID that and did not see any refund or adjustment made. Was going to call back but every person I spoke with before didn't seem to have a clue about...anything! and I was too frustrated being transferred back and forth 5 times

      I order some items from them . I paid those items off. Then I start getting these bills for some subscription that I didnt authorize. I called in Aug 2022 thought I had everything cleared and the bills stop. Then they started back up. I called numerous of time and every time they give me different phone numbers and different answers. They tells me they cant do nothing because it is between billing. I dont care what time I call it is always between billing. I told them I am trying to let them correct the problem but they are not willing to help, they keep putting me off. They think because I am old I am crazy.I would never authorize for no subscription for no gym membership when I can get it free. I am 80 years old.

      Its about paying for membership that I didnt agree to do. I didnt ask to become a member and I only purchased merchandise and paid for them and was continually billed for a membership fee that I was paying for until I realized that I was paying for something I didnt want and want to be refunded my money back

      I have been trying to resolve this issue for months. I had ordered a few items from the Carol Wright catalog, but it has been nothing but stress. The items were overpriced. They were of very poor quality. They weighed so little, but they charged an excessive amount for shipping. They charged an excessive amount for insurance, even that amount is something that is usually included in the shipping cost. We had to call numerous times and spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue, but more issues are popping up. This is like an order from heck. The items were all paid for months ago, but now we are seeing that there is some mysterious charge for $14.95. They agents give us bad numbers to call. Its a type of torture. They are deceiving the customers with the tricky fast talk. We would never sign up for the monthly Loyalty program, because we hardly ever order anything from this company. They take advantage of the elderly with the tricky order system. They encourage shoppers to order items without paying for the order up front using their own credit cards, but instead they using tricky practices to encourage the innocent shoppers to have them bill it, without them realizing that it goes onto a catalog sponsored credit acct (shopnow) that is very difficult to deal with. Customers get the runaround when trying to resolve issues, being told to call different departments or numbers. The automated telephone answering machine keeps callers in a loop around in circles, especially by confusing people with two different account numbers which the caller never knows anything about (Amerimark, ********************, shopnow, or Carol Wright). Cancel my accts, stop sending catalogs since it takes time for me to go through the mail to discard & stop billing monthly charges & remove the ************ Send official confirmation. ************************************

      I have previously ordered from this company many times and never had a problem. Per my **** statement April 30th2023, my order was placed on April 10th 2023 and billed on April 11th 2023. The reference # is:24692163100100712890892. I have tried to contact this business several times via, phone and e-mail to no avail! I would like my merchandise, that I in good faith ordered and PAID for delivered ASAP or a refund be given. Thank you.

      Order placed Feb 21 2023 four items ordered, One item sent on 3-2-23. Payment of ****** sent with original order. Have not received anything else and no refund. I have been trying to call and e-mail this company for two months. They will not answer customer service and no one on line to get any infomation.

      I placed an order 3/24/23 for $86 and the arrival date was supposed to 5/5/23. I&#**;ve been calling for over 2 weeks trying to reach someone about not receiving my order, and I&#**;ve also written a letter requesting a refund. I have not received any follow up about them providing a refund for not receiving my order.

      April *********************************************************************************************************************************** case i wanted to order anything from them again .but then all the sudden they start charging me ***** a month for a membership that i didn't sign up for. so they where suppost to send me back the last 6 months of payments which at 14 95 was *****. and cancel the membership they didn't i can go in and its still there my accont and yhe membership i didn't sing up for so they didn't do anything to fix it...I've been calling and emailing them so now may 2023 i get a bill saying im passed due and owe ***** this is after i talk to someone and they where supoost to fix it... And i can't get ahold of them because they filed for bankruptcy 2-3 days after i talked to someone they should have notes in there computer and they record the phone calls so they should have where i called. I'm Afraid it will mess with my creait score that i worked so hars to bring up. They need held accountable for their action.

      I placed my order on April 8, 2023, order #L3398597E,customber #********* , tracking # thru ***** ******************** shipped on the 4-10-23. I had ordered one 300 thread count sheet set,price $29.99, item #****** lavender color, full size, one fitted sheet #****** price $39.99. one front zip lounger item# ******, color *****, price $19.99. digital fitness wristband item # ******-12 price $16.99. I used debit card ending ****. I have tried to call them several times with making contactat ************ Carol Wright and they ran the the total cost of $138.00 in two parts.They ran $71.75 thru on 5-9-23. and a second amount of $116.26 on 4-8-23 . Their invoice says total deducted is $138.00. They have taken a total of $50.01 over the invoice amount. We never received a call. I want a total of $188.01. *******************************
