September 2022 I was sold the platinum warranty and specifically was told bumper to bumper except for tires breaks and rotors with no deductible as long as I bring it to the dealer . I brought the car there for a sample communication malfunction and when I brought it there service said batteries are not included. I immediately told him that *** show me a bumper-to-bumper, the battery isnt the problem. As a customer, I was only aware that the car has one battery. I immediately want to speak to *** and the sales person and then they went to the service advisor admin while I was present at my advisors desk. My advisor was selling them to stop selling #Warranty and using the words, bumper-to-bumper, *** , immediately said she is covered because its bumper-to-bumper. Right before he went to the service advisor I told him that if this isnt covered, I want a refund the following day I get a phone call telling me that its a battery at the moonroof that communicates with OnStar or *** s version. He told me it was **** I think plus tax . Immediately called han and his first words were I can give you a refund and I said lets not worry about the refund. Lets worry about getting the car fixed. After that I called the #Warranty department and thats when I found out that the car has at least seven batteries. *** was charging them $170 for the battery and then seven something for labor. Long story short I priced around and I spoke to *** and he negotiated the price to six something he knew I was upset because theyre charging the insurance less money than what they would be charging a customer Besides the fact that I was told as bumper-to-bumper, and it would be covered . upon picking up my car I want to speak to Han he was out. They told him to give me a call. I did not receive a call Friday Saturday Sunday. Theyre closed Monday I called and he says I can give you a partial refund and I said to him that the warranty is for seven years or ****** miles, I have the car for 2 1/2 years and I didnt even put ****** miles so I have a long way for the warranty. I do not want to lose the warranty but I also do not want it since I was falsified with information regarding what is covered. he was not selling the #Warranty and even his coworkers were telling him to stop selling it that way. What I am requesting a full refund of my warranty which is $3900 plus tax..
