- In-stock items can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as they are in new condition and returned within a reasonable amount of time. Rather than having a rigid policy, they prefer to handle in-stock returns on a case by case basis. If the in-stock product can be resold as new and it hasn't been in the customer's possession for an extended period of time, they can usually take it back for a refund. Unfortunately, special order items usually cannot be returned or exchanged.
